I ordered my products and paid for home delivery just to get a text to say I have to pick up my parcel myself. I am truly disappointed in the service I received. I will never order from this company again. Why must I now drive around and find out where my parcel is???? I paid for a service from this company and did not receive it

I purchased black jigger capsules, they did not come in package showed they came in a plastic bag with no writing to even say what they were so, I had 3 months worth and I never notice not a drop of change in any area these capsules do not contain anything that can help you it's just brown powder,

If you’re ordering a product overseas then expect it to a few days for it to arrive. Don’t listen to the halfwits complaining o about this company. The vast majority of their happy customers don’t post good reviews here. I did after 2 years of first buying their products.

I ordered product from Anabolic Health in about November 2022 and when it reached the customs of Portugal, customs requested documents which I supplied and also filled out the form they sent. The customs then requested further documents and another form to be completed, I complied. I also wrote to customs Portugal asking them what the issue was, to which I just got the same answer that I must open an account which I had already done. Eventually customs sent the goods back in December 2022. I informed Anabolic Health of the situation and was told by James that when the parcel gets back to the destination, I believe is Singapore, they will refund me my money. It is now June and James from Anabolic Health is still giving me the same BS story. They are liars and scammers that is why they have such a low score on Trust Pilot. I wouldn't trust them at all, they are scam artists and do things only to suit their own narrative. You have been warned because once they have your money you have about zero chance of getting it back. If they don't deliver or there is quality problems or if there are any other issues they will not behave in an ethical business like fashion.

I have purchased this companies products for about 18 months and all has been good. My last experience was and is not good, one of the items I ordered was Butea Superba, it took an abnormal time and following a few emails to enquire where the order was I was told that they where having delivery problems out of Singapore over a month from order date delivery I received my order however the Butea Superba was already expired. I have emailed and the response from Anabolic Health is "The date in the pack is just for formalities and does not reduce the effectiveness of the product. It is 100% still safe to use and effective. You can use it normally in the recommended dosage and will last 1-2 more years past the expiration date" I emailed back asking that if this is correct why not extend the expiry date on the product from 20/02/2023 to 20/02/25......No response.......

Black ginger powder works really well for my husband's ED.
Has done all different kinds of pills, prescribed and natural. The pills only seemed to work for so long, bit the black ginger continues to work let alone he has more energy and his well being improved tremendously.

No product no money ???
I never received my order and I haven't been refunded either I would like to know what type of company is this !

I ordered the Black Ginger about 3 months ago. I live in Orlando,Fla, USA. It took about 6 weeks or more for delivery. Sent several emails with NO response. I like the product and can tell a difference. Plan on ordering more but from a MORE RELIABLE company. Don't want any future issues with no way to rectify them since Anabolic Health doesn't care about customer satisfaction!!

On 13 February 2022 I ordered the herbal product Tongkat Ali (Long Jack) from Anabolic Health. I received the product on March 7. I experienced severe nausea and heart issues while on this product and I had absolutely no benefit.. I could tell this was not a genuine product as I had taken this supplement from other manufacturers. Per the vendor's return policy, I returned the product 2 weeks later and according to USPS the vendor received the product on April 7. I sent several emails to the vendor to follow up on my refund but they never responded. The company appears to be a scam at this point. Also, they ship from Singapore which takes a long time to arrive to the US. Being in Singapore, the company is out of US jurisdiction which makes it impossible to complain to US authorities about their ingredients. Plus, when you do return products it costs a fortune to ship back to Singapore.

If you are going to experiment with Tongkat Ali I recommend going with a standardized, patented product such as LJ100 which has been effective for me with zero side effects. Since this is an expensive product there are much counterfeiting in the industry. The herb I received from Anabolic Health caused toxicity symptoms and I experienced difficulty breathing and chest pains. Purchase at your own risk from this company.

Black ginger helped lower my husbands severe nerve pain due to a bad work accident. 1st order came in 2 weeks, now waiting for second order for over a month!! They refuse to refund our money or send a replacement order!!! Horrible customer service. Every call is “wait one more day”. “Check with your post office again”. Post office can not find it, it has been put in the system as undeliverable. I will find this item elsewhere!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I don't agree with the one stars, as they do respond and they really had little control over the shipping delays, but they should POST that before you buy! Finally got my two orders today, good products and good quality!

Purchased 3 packets of black ginger to improve blood circulation to both of my feet ( cold & Numbness).
Unfortunately after taking it as per instructions for 3 months it didn't take or even lessen the numbness in my feet.
Scam? - maybe, maybe not. Refund ?........

Those who report AH is a scam gotta be from Big Pharma companies not wanting to lose business to a fantastic company that provides scientifically backed, highly researched and committed to men’s health and tested for pure organic adaptogen herbs.

I started with Tongkat Ali, then Black Ginger, then Pine Pollen and EVERY herb did exactly as AH advertised. I am now ordering BUTEA Superba for the final piece of the Male Superior Performance stack.

I have received all orders within 2 weeks from Thailand and Malaysia through France to Ottawa, Canada with zero Customs fees and you receive order status updates.

AH staff are very knowledgeable as well and offer lots of rebates with continued orders.

Was quite worried about the shipping due to the countless negative reviews here. I was only able to read them after they shipped out my order. Didn't regret not canceling though, my order arrived within the week. Maybe because I'm from PH which is near SG--where they ship from. My point being, they're LEGIT. Most complaints are mostly from US customers anyways, I don't think I've seen complaints from any other countries but idkkk

As for the products, haven't tried them yet but by the looks of it & the reviews on the website, looks like I will be needing more than just one month supply of black ginger.

Shipping could be better, but they say they're currently working on it so more power to you, Anabolic Health!!

I’m not sure what all the terrible reviews about the shipping are about or if I just got lucky but my order shipped from Singapore and arrived in Canada in a week. Took 3 more business days to get it. Customer service has replied to my messages promptly. As far as I can tell it’s a legit non scamming business that sells high quality supplements for men. Great experience for me so far. Will purchase again.
