Game Changer!
Got a couple of different styles. Really impressed with the quality and speed that arrive. Really pumped. Will order more. Im a big Melin brand fan, nit saying good these are Melin but I am saying they are slick.

Customer services is so bad
Customer services is so bad! I have 1.5 weeks trying to return/ exchange some items but the time they take to answer emails is so slow. And they make the process so unpleasant for return items.

Hats came in great! Timely and we are all excited that we already are looking at ordering more. Communication was a little slow, but I think there's a bit of a timezone delay, but other than that, we are so excited to give out our new hats!

Poor communication
It was a little difficult to communicate with you guys from California. No one in the California office ever responded to any of my phone calls or emails. I understand the company is based in China but you need to have better customer service here in the states.

Impressed by these hats
I was so impressed by these hats! They are fantastic quality and came in pretty quick even though it came from overseas. I was skeptical because everything is a scam these days but these exceeded my expectations.
