I ordered and paid extra for nex delivery. 4 days and I didn’t receive. Very bad service.

Ordered 2 t-shirts the 29th of June. Was dispatched today after I, yesterday, tried to cancel the order. So maybe if you want your order to be dispatched faster, try to cancel it.

Besides that they could now inform me that the parcel occasionally require up to 35 working days to arrive! Funny enough that's not something the note when ordering.

You could think this is a company that truly doesn't care about costumer service and relations. But after being told that they can't cancel the order, and that I have to wait 35 work days they end their mail with this comforting message:

"Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you as soon as possible."

That's nice.

I ordered a T-shirt as a gift for my husband. It took them a week to send it off. I contacted customer service twice to find out what the status of the order was. They were condescending and no help at all.

As for the T-shirt, it's a cool design but the material is flimsy and I doubt it will last more than 1 year. Definitely NOT worth £24 and shipping.

This app and browser experience is absolute garbage so matter what device/browser I try it on. With Redbull TV no longer covering UCI DH I have to pay to watch it. This is the worst app for playback I have ever used. The slowest and worst resolution. I have a super fast internet connection yet it takes 5 minutes to load then plays at 144p quality. Absolute garbage. After months on it no improvements. Get your s#$t together GCN, you're a joke, you have no right to charge for this level of quality

Quite possibly the worst streaming app I've ever used.
Frustrating at every level.
If you get it to work you have to leave it alone and let it play. Don't pause it or you'll have 15 minutes of trying to start it again. Clunky terrible app

The commentators repeated ratings Evennpol at the Vuelta was obscene. it became unbearable to listen to. it was a disgrace an like teenagers slavering over a porn mag.

picture quailty is TERRIBLE on tv thru 4k firestick and 4k tv,eurosport and even youtube free events look twice as good..it doesnt even look like its 720p so bad.

The service doesn't work at all. They charge your card but deliver nothing.

I've been searching for information regarding the mtb world champs for weeks now. This is the biggest event in mountain bike racing, and I feel like I'm searching for some obscure event. Why are they keeping this such a secret? This app is obviously geared towards road racing which if fine. Maybe a separate app for all of the non road events would help? The app is impossible to navigate, Red Bull had tons of different live events going on all the time, and I could always find what I needed. If UCI wants to promote mtb and improve spectator ship, they really need to make sure they license to an organization that can get the job done.

Customer service is extremely slow, in fact it's slower than that. Once you run into a problem it takes weeks to sort out, and I'm talking about a minor problem that should take someone 10 minutes to sort via message/email.
Dire and I won't be parting with any more cash with this archaic company.

Where do we start.

Firstly can't log in on most devices 90% of the time. When i can, the picture quality is terrible.

Secondly the customer service and contact page are non-existant. Glad i only paid for 1 month and have laready requested a cancellation. Stick to ITV 4 or Eurosport. GCN are a joke.

No-one gets back to you, absolutely zero customer service. GCN advertised that the Tour de France is available for streaming in Canada and after checking with several sources, I signed up only to find out that it is not!!!
False advertising as they showed previews of the Tour and repeatedly indicated that all the stages are available live.
Very angry and do not recommend this app at all, save the money.

This is pay to view to watch downhill mountain bike racing. The picture quality is terrible and there's no commentary. It was loads better last year on redbull TV and it was free. I'm glad I only paid 6.99 for a month and not for the full year. I've cancelled it already. The coverage on the semi final is loads better on YouTube for free. GCN+ is a joke.

Greedy useless runts . I am happy to pay to watch downhill MTB but the picture quality is abhorrent . It is usually about 480 p quality . The picture quality is much better on Youtube for the Semi but then so so crap for the final behind the paywall . Used to get crystal clear HD for free now i have to pay for rubbish quality 480 p .......

Trying to play 'tour de suisse' in my gcn+ I get an error that it is georestricted to usa. Seems like some error, I have an active subscription.

Now I get as answer from GCN that since I used the app on my vacation address (in another country) the subscription is cancelled. Well, ???????

Update: i now get a message from gcn that their previous reply was wrong (i explained them that they were wrong). In reality not all programs can be viewed everywhere, also not with an active subscription. They just need to make better error messages now (only usa is wrong).

Really disappointing experience. I ordered two items which together qualified for free delivery. Unfortunately one of the items was too small so I returned it at my own cost - £4.95. Then when the return came through it was £4 short and that was because my one remaining item was £49.99 - 1p short for free delivery. I wished I kept the item and put it on eBay as returning it has cost me £9. Just be mindful when ordering and returning items from this company!!!!

GCN is the juggernaut of the cycling media genre. Starting from a 30 min or less YouTube channel to now hosting live and on-demand coverage of almost all the UCI and other pro cycling events. While producing the race coverage, they continue to drop the best DIY, educational, motivational, and humorous content, including some major documentaries.
If you are a cyclist or cycling enthusiast and have not already become familiar with GCN. NOW IS THE TIME.

Their documentaries are embarrasingly bad. They are in bed with eurosport which means there is always something wrong with the quality or the sound. 2 points instead of 1 because they are so cheap. I wish I could pay more somewhere else.

Review of GCN+ streaming app on Android TV

Thought this would be better than Eurosport because of the included documentaries etc. How wrong was I. The live stream of the racing is unwatchable constant judder and definition is barely SD. All my other apps can run at 4k no problem. Still waiting on an answer about a refund from Cs. Avoid this service if you want to watch live racing
