Vitamin D I've been taking for years really really good, I've never had any issues. But my reason for giving three stars is the delivery took nearly two weeks, never happened before. I did contact them which they got back to me a week later.
I think overall communication and updating your customers on time would be helpful, even if you dealing with backlog.
Your company has a number where no one answers, maybe answering your phone would also be helpful.

The vitamins are on a good offer and all though they look big it’s not hard to swallow. I’ve only just started taking them so it’s a bit hard to say if they are effective. I only had an issue with my delivery and only got a response once I sent a second email. That was disappointing and needs to improve as an email should be responded. You should have to send a nasty email to get a response. Also the website says you can ring but no one answers.

I have not received my order till today it has been almost 2 weeks not very disappointed

Good quality product for the price and competitive prices and on time delivering. High dosage of vitamin d, you just need 1 tablet per week instead of one every day

Delivered only half of order and impossible to contact by phone makes me dubious about the size and integrity of this company

I ordered my multivitamins, didn't get any email of my order. I then tried calling them and the phoneline says there is no phone line support available only way to ask for help is to email them.

I then emailed and no one replied to me for days! So I had to contact my bank, raise a dispute with them to get my money back.

Never buying from them again! Horrible customer service

It’s very difficult to find high strength vitamin D capsules, Hashmats are probably one of the very few who sell them, previously I have purchased other supplements too but the vitamin D is my go to.

Overall I’m happy with the service and quality thought it is a little pricey!

I sent two emails to return two packs of vitamin d tablets because the date is short to use them all in that time and have had no responses.

I have place the order in mid of march and till the date i haven't received the order they say 4 working day very bad experience.

Very poor services and communication. Our parcel is not delivered yet ,I am trying to contact them on number but they are not receiving the call. I also try to reach them by email but still not received any response from them. I have ordered in some supplements in January 2025 and still waiting for my parcel.

Would definitely recommend these vitamin d3 capsules.

I placed my order in January, but now it is March and I still did not receive my order.

It was so great finding halal vitamins, there were some really good choices for what I needed. I got the multivitamins, I’ve been taking them for a few days and I must say, I do feel like there is a difference. I do have a little more energy and my body feels better. I can’t wait to see the results after a few weeks. Delivery was great and I will definitely be ordering again.
