Usually a very good service. Ordering was straightforward but some of the items had to come in a second delivery, which is fine. But I didn’t receive further emails concerning the remaining items. I contacted hearing dogs who immediately got onto it and I thought they’d resolved it, by sending out the item the next day by Royal Mail! Royal Mail took 4 days to deliver the tiny package! In fairness to hearing dogs, Royal Mails failings are not their responsibility. My only complaint; when you buy from their shop online, everything now has to be delivered. Which I am frustrated by. I live 11 miles from their site and, as a volunteer, I am there 3/4 times a week. So the original option to choose to collect was a no-brainer. Unfortunately having to pay for delivery, definitely will curtail my spending.

Excellent, high quality kit for a hospital stay.
Sent off for a second personal awareness kit for a friend who was in hospital. It arrived very quickly.
It was FANTASTIC in the way it made all medical staff more considerate of my friend’s communication needs.
Thank you for compiling the kit (the lanyard is in constant use even though she is now home) and we wish all wards had one available.
