Hi Paul - I understand you called on Tuesday afternoon regarding this. We have raised this with DPD as the tracking showed that for some reason your order wasn't picked up from our warehouse. We are still waiting for DPD and our warehouse to get back to us on this issue as they need to investigate where the order has gone if it wasn' picked up. My colleague has got your details to call you but unfortunately we do not have a response yet as soon as we do we will call you ASAP.

Delivered to the wrong address
My parcel was delivered to totally the wrong address,
Whilst the Logistics shop dealt with my enquiry of non delivery well , I had to track it down and recover the parcels.
Whilst this was a DPD drivers error and not Logistics UK it still left me wondering if I would use them again

From the very first interaction, their customer service team was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions and providing detailed information about the process. The logistics coordinator assigned to my shipment was an absolute gem—professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. They ensured that all paperwork was in order and kept me updated at every stage. The drivers were punctual, and my cargo arrived safely and on time, which was a huge relief.

No option to cancel or amend order
Very quick delivery which is good, but when we realised we had ordered the wrong thing (within 30 mins of ordering) we were told the order could not be cancelled or changed. when it was delivered the delivery driver wouldnt accept the return. We had to send it back via post office which has cost us £10. I think it would be beneficial for customers to be able to cancel or amend their orders.

Can’t do no stars ordered a van vault said in stock delivery with in a week yeah no delivery called very rude out of stock it was not when ordered needed for a job in London called rude / then asked for my money back told 3/5 working days i have 12 vans go elsewhere

Thanks for your feedback - we did speak over the telephone and I explained the situation to you that the supplier had a delay with their delivery which we were unaware of - hence why the item was showing as in stock on the website. 3/5 working days for a card refund is the standard waiting time.

I wanted to cancel the order 5 minutes after ordering , I was told that it was not possible so it has cost me money to return the item and I am still waiting for a refund,not my idea of a good business 😡

We received an email communication from you on the 6th September at 8.10 pm - the email advised you wished to return the item and did not mention the problems you had had in trying to cancel the order. Unfortunately our opening hours are 9am 5pm and no one would have been available in the Shop to answer your query until Monday - the email was replied to on Monday 9th advising our returns procedure. I can confirm that the item has now been received back to us on the 12th September and a card refund request has been placed with our accounts department - your card refund should be with you within the statutory three to five working days.
