My Hero Cards Avis 

I saw it on Facebook and ordered it. It was a very easy process and I can't wait to get it and play it with my family and friends.

The business asked for a review based solely on the ordering process. Check out was simple, except for being able to easily reject spammed offers that came after my purchase choice.

Shipping and delivery was atrocious. I placed my order March 9. A month later, the customer support advised that the cards sold out twice. Because I specifically didn't pay extra for expedited shipping, I got pushed to the back of the line several times.

I received my order (which was supposed to be a gift for my cousin) on Sunday, April 19. The plastic envelope the cards were shipped in says, "Delivery by 04/13/2026 at 9:00 pm". I wouldn't order from this business again.

The ordering experience was very simple and I know my nephew will love this! He and his housemates are huge Golden Girls fans.

It was easy and fast. And the welcome email was the icing on the cake. I love the humor and how safe it felt to utilize the website. I can't wait to use my cards!

Golden girls card game every golden gay wants!

I bought as a gift and your website made it difficult to enter the different shipping vs billing addresses. After checkout was completed, it showed erroneous information that wasn't shown prior to completing purchase. Also, too many add-on offers, and no clarity on whether an add-on could be shipped to a different address.

Pretty easy overall but not a fan that I had to decline through three different "special add on offers" to complete my order. That was annoying

I placed an order with MyHeroCards and never received it...

While the shipment was active, I contacted support because the address was missing my apartment/unit number. Support acknowledged the issue and said the address update had been requested. I was later told to pick the package up from USPS, but when I asked for the exact location, I did not get a usable answer....ever. The package was then reported as returned to sender due to an insufficient address by USPS.

Instead of resolving the problem, I was asked to pay extra to have the order re-shipped. When I followed up later and referred to the prior ticket history, support ultimately apologized for the inconvenience but refused to offer either a refund or a replacement.

Looking back, I wish I had paid closer attention to other negative reviews before ordering. I also should have looked more carefully through the reviews overall, because most of them do not come across as trustworthy to me. I'm pretty sure this is a scam. A lot of paid reviews, but if you shift through the reviews you will see the genuine reviews like mine. If this happens to you, file a chargeback while in the window.

If you attempt to reach out to support, you will just receive automated AI responses from generic named people like "David" or "James".

I can only speak to my own experience, but based on the lack of resolution and the way this was handled, I would not order from them again.

Great inventory, fast purchasing process

It was very easy to place my order and the fact that I've never seen anything like this before makes me more excited to get it. I've loved The Golden Girls for as long as I can remember and this will be a wonderful addition to every other Golden Girls items I've acquired.

Was glad this game came available. Tried many times before to get this game. Golden girls has been loved by my family since the first episode aired so many years ago. And has continued in the lives of my kids in reruns. We all ate looking forward to playing this game for many more years to come. Mystery gift was a nice added touch to my purchase.

It's really simple to shop their products, no jumping through hoops before you get to them. Easy to see what you're looking at. Easy to know what you're buying and shipping costs are going to be. Give you deals upfront or in your emails. I've bought from them a couple of times in years past, never been disappointed. Looking forward to my current purchases!
