Réponse de Torri Cantine Store UK
Dear Liz,
We are very sorry that you will not be purchasing again, we called you to see if we could help with your online issues and wanted to advise you that you could have ordered over the phone with us and paid by card.
We always try to ensure the smoothest and easiest shopping experience, but we also must have certain measures in place to protect you when buying online. You were not interested in speaking with us so we could not resolve the issues you had. We would have been very happy to help you.
