I am giving 1 as zero is not an option. Shopclues is a fraud online shopping company. The products are poor quality. I recently had the misfortune of buying a small spy camera for my office. Even after charging for 6 hours, the camera battery would discharge immediately. I wrote to the customer support, which by the way is the worst. They provide only lip service. Inspite of sending them a mail detailing the issue they sent me two mails asking what the issue is to which I responded. I received a third mail saying as I have not provided what the issue is the matter is being closed to customer satisfaction. Most pathetic online shopping experience. I strongly suggest DO NOT BUY
FROM THEM.

Thanks shopclues for giving me discounts on trending products

On 18 Jun 2025 somebody(9211613916) called me and asked about the issue. He promised he will resolve the issue after discussing with respective departments. After that the mobile no switched off.

And another Joker named Mahender(Mob: 9999232023). Multiple times I called him. Every time he will tell that wants to discuss with me a lot and will call me another 15 to 30 mins. I hope he wears not working watch with him. Let Shopclue donate some watch to him. Even yesterday also same answer.

I am a seller in SC. One of the worst portals I have seen in my life. No Support and no transparency on payment. No response from their support team. And No coordination with their delivery partners. If you want to make a loss of your product you can use this portal. Luckly we shipped only two products and found no security. We have withdrawn our products. We are going to file a legal case very soon. I have raised multiple cases and not response.

Cheating site. Never delivering the items and not refunding the money. Always saying production delay for upto two months

useless company, useless courier partner. ryde and unprofessional team. customer support zero even whatsapp chat is useless. you can not give any feedback. if you face any issue , no way you can contact them. nowherein their web site, WhatsApp or phone number has any provision to discuss the issue. they believe in their own style of fixed replies. you can post your views anywhere. just delete this site if you reach their intentionally or by mistake

Recently I have ordered 2 pen drives (32 GB and 128 GB HP) from them. But I received only the 128 GB pendrive in used form, and 32 GB is missing. Within a day I asked for a refund, but they started delaying the process under the pretext of customer support and escalation. They asked for proof, and I provide them a lot. They behaved like deaf and dumb and didn't understand anything to steal my money.  They behave like a fraudster company. Don't buy from them, as there is no guarantee of what they will send you. They steal your money. You cannot call them even if there is any problem. Product quality is extremely low. They even send used products. If you give them proof, then they will suddenly turn deaf and dumb, as if you haven't said anything or given any proof, and steal your money. Beware of these fraudsters.

I ordered a mobile phone from ShopClues.com, and what I received was nothing short of a scam. The phone arrived in an open box, and the screen was completely non-functional. When I immediately notified their so-called "customer service," they flat-out refused to acknowledge the issue and have since ignored all my attempts to get a response. This is nothing but fraud! My advice: DO NOT order any expensive electronics from this shady website. If they’re offering heavy discounts, it’s because there’s definitely something wrong with the product. Don’t fall for their tricks like I did. Avoid this site like the plague!

Where is order still after full payment?

1 An order was placed on 23rd June 2024. Total payment was made online through net banking. Against Shopclues order # 215495892.
2. The order was to be delivered on 27th July.
3. When the day ended but it was not delivered we contacted the courier people Ekart. The concerned courier delivery person reply that due to heavy load he would deliver our order on the next day.
3. Instead of delivery, we got a message from them that order could not be delivered due to wrong address. Nothing but lame excuse.
4. It was shocking to read such false excuse as this is the address, same address which is complete in itself having all the details of our residence and we have been regularly getting numerous order every day from different reputed organisation like Amazon, Flipkart and so many without any issue. And more shockingly, shopclues they themselves have delivered previously to the same address and now they are claiming to make us fool that this address is wrong.
5. Just because the complete payment was made in advance, they could play any dirty trick to make customer fool.
6. We tried to contact ekart courier people multiple Times about their such mischief, but shockingly their number was found unreachable. What a fraud ekart courier peope.
7. We uploaded our complaint to shopclues multiple Times but no response from them.
8. We asked them if they find the address wrong, why the coral people and shopclues did not contact us on our mobile for any further clarification in the address issue. But no response from none of them. Neither from coral people nor from Shameless shopclues.
9. So where is the delivery? For which the payment has already been made. No response. We uploaded all over complaints to their website in our account of the concerned order. But they continued their criminal silence.
10 so it is now very evident get the shopclues intend to cheat customers following such fraudulent ways to grab complete payment in advance and then not to deliver the order over fake excuses. Criminal case to be filed for fraud and cheating, through FIR with police.
11. Shopclues also liable to be prosecuted and punished under the consumer protection act 1986 for following all such illegal and fraudulent activities, to cheat people in the name of shopping.

This is very wrost ever online shopping platform . If their is any change of giving rate in -ve I will give it - 5 . In every thing it is bad .
1 . Show wrong product with minimum price so that customer attract.

2. And give this wrong product to you . Which is completed cheap and bad material.

3. If you go for complain about it then this is also not happen because customer care number is not available for you . Only have whtapp chat bot to chat you problem . But it can't solve your problem only countinue reply instructions.

4 . By chance of you are lucky then thay call you within 2-3 month after complain but don't think that they resolve it . They take more time nearly 1 month. And this process countinue till you get frustrated.

Product is ok but I don't want my parcel through bluedart because there is a problem during delivery here in my area that is krishnai Goalpara assam

I ordered a jacket against a payment of Rs. 369 on Shopclues. It was totally different product as it was appearing in the picture thats why I returned it. But rather returning the amount they transferred the amount to the Shopclues Cluebucks which I dont know how to get back. Either I purchase some product of higher value so that it can be adjusted or have to forget my amount. The venders on Shopclues often ditch the customers. The products they sell are of different dimensions for the same size which I had observes before too. Hence have a very bitter experience.
