I initially ordered a size that was too small. I didn’t even realize they have a policy that allows you to get a 1 time replacement for a pair that doesn’t fit and I emailed them about maybe a discount on a new pair in a larger size. They immediately offered to send me a new pair and did so but it was the same size as the ones that were too small. I didn’t notice that Until I washed them and tried them on. I emailed again and after explaining what happened they sent me a 3rd pair that fit perfectly. I’m happy with the customer service response and I love the underwear that fit. I will definitely be ordering more!

Big ordre = not delivered = no money back company
Made a big ordre, and it didnt get delivered.
I made it clear to the company, that it was missing. The could see the delivered was not made, and it was heading back. 25 emails and 3 months waiting, still nothing. After 1 month I made it clear, that I just wanna have my money back. But they refuse, and made it my problem, they didnt delivered it. I think they have a problem with the delivery company, not me. Great Product
Bought these for my son who is a large guy with Autism, I was constantly telling him to pull up his trousers and underwear. He loves them, reckons they are so comfortable, keeps everything cool and tidy. Will definitely order more in the future.

I am delighted to place another order for more CR products, as I experienced the very prompt delivery of my initial selections in my first order, sent to Canada, without a single problem. The fit is awesome and smooth; I measured myself several times to ensure that I was ordering the right size: they fit perfectly, the colours are vibrant and the feel is awesome - I don't really know that I am wearing anything. The product itself I great
The product itself I great, I do like the fact that now the name front and back are stitched into the waistband, however the waistband is a little smaller than before which is not so good it’s ok but wider was better in my mind. The reason it only gets a 3 stars and not a 4 1/2 is because of the shipping which was a nightmare. 30$ for 3-5 business days, the email confirmation received after the purchase automatically tells me to expect 7-15 days because of different restrictions in different countries and in the end it took exactly 26 days for my delivery, extremely disappointing. Make it simple on people comfort republic and don’t have two web sites “international” and “domestic” which only differ by a few letters in the URL. Product itself as I said is great

These underwear are amazing
These underwear are amazing. I no longer sit in my balls. This is a beautiful thing. Everything stays in place. I did find the sizes ran slightly big but no issues really. Colours are amazing and vibrant
