I bought perfumes here (the lucky potions), the aus post delivered it in thw wrong address and I reached out to both cosy and aus post. Cosy replied very fast and helped me out a lot by getting my package back. When I received it, it was unopened and i loved the perfumes so much that I will def keep buying from them not just because of the products but because of how reliable the seller is in such situations. They have really wonderful customer service!!!!
