Same as everyone else. Ordered in January 2025, still not received. Obviously I have been scammed. Nasty people, thankfully i only ordered 1.

Scam! Ordered Dec. 21st and never came. The website no longer exists and customer service emails send an automated reply that they will get back to me in 24 hours but that never happens.

This company is a scam. I placed an order with them Dec 16 and here it is Feb and nothing. You can't even go to a website anymore with this company I reported them to the bbb because I wasnt the only one. After I read the reviews I knew then I would not be getting my money back. Please let me know if anyone else has experience the same thing. BEWARE OF CUTIFY.

Same as others unfortunately, ordered 4 early December for my kids Xmas and haven’t received them yet now emails are bouncing back :(. A relief to see I’m not the only one.

Also got scammed. Novembre 2024 and until today feb 25 the website doesn't exist.

Sadly I have to report the same as others. Ordered blenders as Christmas presents, never received and no response to emails requesting delivery or refund. I guess will have to chalk it down to experience.

I ordered these cutify Blenders well before Xmas 2024 and I have not to this day received them.
I can understand slow delivery over Xmas 🎁 . But to me this is nothing but a SCAM !!!!

Ordered for a Christmas gift back in November and I have never received my order. Massive scam. I wrote to them and no response, now the website is gone. Thankfully I only paid £25 but still annoying that they've taken my money!

Omg. I thought I am only one but you all too. I ordered on Dec 25 I still haven’t received I report to bbb. They told me they couldn’t reach them then bbb closed my case I think bbb gave up. Ughhh they should sent investigators to Cutify store if I was them I would do that. It not right ruin us and stole our money

I’ve been scammed too by the look of it. I hope these people get caught as they look like they keep trading under different guises!!! Karma!

Ordered from this company at the beginning of November, it’s now February and I still haven’t received the 4 items I ordered,and I am unable to contact them ,the email address is no longer in use .They are scamming customers all over the world and need to be investigated.

This is a total SCAM - ordered a personalised blender back in December 2024 which never arrived - these are evil people taking innocent folk’s hard earned money - hope karma gets them…..
