Amazing scents!
Wonderful small business with a big range of awesome scents to suit any individual. I’ve ordered from here a couple times now and I absolutely can’t fault the customer care at all.

No Order and No Refund
Ordered in September. Never received and had no refund. Emails ignored and having to claim back through PayPal. I was a regular customer ordered loads of times but customer service goes down the drain if a parcel goes missing.

Don’t miss out!
I love their products and the smell always lasts a good while even when solid I can still smell it across the room. Could do better on communication regarding timescales for certain items like the sub boxes but when approached they are amazing and very kind. Probably the best wax melts I have used!

2 of 3 items waste of money.
Two of the three wax melts I bought (Dark Magic and Wizarding Brew) elicited no scent to my room when burned at all. A neighbour tried what was left of the Dark Magic bar with the same issue. The Marshmallow and Toffee Nut Latte bar was however a wonderful scent that filled the room pleasantly without being overpowering. I hope the other two were just a dodgy batch.

Postage is taking a fair while considering my close proximity to sorting office and store , I always love the product but always wating weeks for delivery like in this case .

Hi Jamie, I see you have ordered a personalised jar it does say on the listing that these are made to order. And can take 7 working days (sometimes longer) depending on the work load we have.
We are a small business 2 of us working or most of the time 1.
We have multiple channels for you to get hold of us as well, and are always happy to to help. We are very transparent that sometimes things can take a little longer.

Very awfull seller. Since June I've been expecting my order. The seller did nothing so I contacted my bank. Then the seller said she'll chase the order with royal mail if I close the claim with my bank, which I did. Now the seller won't reply to my emails. I'm not sure if this is a scam but from my point of view I paid for nothing, so it might as well be.

Amazing as always. Everything just smells and looks amazing. The April subscription box was gorgeous and loved everything. The cute 90’s shapes in the waxy tots really made it for me 😍and the scent of the hubba bubba inspired is to die for 🤤
