Die Reklamation ging ohne Probleme, habe die volle Summe zurückbekommen.
Die Schuhe waren sehr schön aber schon nach dem ersten Tragen ging das Leder kaputt und die Farbe ging ab. Sehr schlechte Verarbeitung. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass es ein Fehler in der Verarbeitung war. Schade

I ordered a pair of clogs from Goby, which took well over a week to arrive. The sizing was very odd and although I had ordered my usual size, the shoes were much too big. I messaged Goby to ask about a replacement pair and was asked to return them at my cost; I was told that they would reimburse me for the cost of the postage. Just over a week after I had returned them, I started contacting Goby to get confirmation that my replacement pair was on the way. I got no response to my emails or messages sent through their website. I found a phone number, which always went to voicemail, and left a daily message asking someone to contact me for over a week. Nearly four weeks after returning my shoes, I sent a further message to the EU website, who finally got Goby UK to reply to me. I received confirmation that a replacement pair would be despatched, but it has still taken ten days for the shoes to arrive. They are really nice, but the customer service has been really dreadful and if I hadn't been so persistent, I don't think I would ever have received my replacement shoes. I would never order from them again.

Some how they scammed me, they advertised boots for $75.?? Then PayPal was charged the new advertised amount $89.?? When I complained to customer service, they cancelled my order without my permission.

Originally purchased boots early July 2023 but the sole came away from one of the boots after less than two weeks. Goby did at that point seem helpful and sent us a replacement. But that FELL APART AFTER 2 WEEKS ALSO!

And worse than that, since then they have not communicated with me at all. I tried their European arm - they won't take responsibility either. Now trying their global arm. Really shocked by this!

I was a customer of Goby's for 3 years prior and really happy but the quality of their product AND the customer service has turned the colour of brown! Very unhappy.

AVOID if you don't want to lose your $ and your temper.

Sandals not wearable, too large (Size 40 is actually 42) and the center piece of the sandal is too far in the front so your toes will hang over the sandals in any case. So very expensive for the quality.

ALSO: 2 months after I bought them, DHL send me another amount for customs, unseen and a reason not to buy.

Gave the sandals to charity however...hope someone has very short toes.
