JD Collectibles Avis

From the start this guy was rude and angry over such a little thing. I’m confident he’s got a scam going where he buys items, then demands half off for small, nitpicky things. He hopes that by being a bully, you’ll cave in to him and give him a discount. I’ve already dealt with him more times than I should have to so I’m done, but I’m warning others he tries to buy from: From now on, I will immediately cancel any transactions from him and you should too. This guy will take his anger out on you and will try to bully you into lowering your price AFTER he buys from you. Not cool.

Hello JD Collectables Team,

I wanted to reach out regarding my recent S.H.Figuarts order (Order #5317). First, I'd like to say that I've always enjoyed purchasing from your store and my previous experiences have been very positive.
That said, I was a bit disappointed with this particular transaction.
Before placing my order, I did some research and noticed that the product images and packaging appeared to match the exclusive edition style box, similar to previous releases I own/purchased from you. However the figure I received came in the newer style packaging, comparable to the SSJ2 release rather than the SSDC version I was expecting.
I understand that packaging variations can occur however, the box style was one of the factors that influenced my purchase, so receiving a different version than anticipated was disappointing.
I wanted to bring this to your attention and see if you could provide any clarification regarding the version that was shipped. As a collector, these details are important to me, especially when trying to maintain consistency within a collection.
Thank you for your time and for the service you've provided over the years. I look forward to hearing from you.

Great looking set! Love it !

Legit! Quick shipping and great pricing!

I personally liked the way how everything was packaged, this is someone who care that I get my product intact, from one collector to another, Thank you.
Definitely will buy more.

Received my personal grail thanks to juan in customer service. Ordered two figures already. Came fast and in great condition!

This is a true 5 star seller. He will go out of his way to make sure the customer satisfaction is 10/10. His products are legit and he is very responsive. WOULD BUY AGAIN!

The shipping was fast and the packaging was above and beyond amazing. The care put into it was excellent

Overall everything went great from receiving my figure to being on time.

Fast Shipping, Great Quality, Had items in stock that were otherwise difficult to find (at a good price).

It took about a week from ordering the figure to receive it. The figure was packaged very well and with the reward program, I was able to cover most of the shipping. I will definitely buy from this store again.

Incredibly pleased with my order. My order arrived quicker than expected and the quality of the figures was impeccable. Couldn't be happier!

Super great experience from beginning to end. Easy to navigate site, great prices and my purchase came well packaged. Will definitely be shopping with JD Collectables again!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience shopping at JD Collectibles! I was looking for a Sentinel Peter B. Parker figure at a reasonable price, and I was thrilled to find it here. The pricing was excellent, and free shipping was a huge bonus.

The figure arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and exactly as described. It was a dream come true to finally own this Spider-Man figure I’ve wanted since I was a kid. The thoughtful inclusion of a small card with my package shows how much this business cares about their customers.

I’ll definitely be shopping here again and highly recommend JD Collectibles to anyone looking for amazing deals and outstanding service. Thank you for making my collector’s dream come true!

Recently ordered a MUI Toyotaro Goku and it came well packaged. I haven’t opened it and was considering keeping it in the package as a collector piece, but the box had some damage on the top right corner. I’ll likely open it soon so it’s not a big deal. I have a birthday coming up in a few days, so I’ll likely order from JDC again!

A repeat buyer here. Another fabulous experience shopping from JD Collectibles. As previously, the figure's box arrived securely and looked perfect. Figure looks great as well. Hard to find better prices in the US for some of the figures sold from this shop. Combine that with secure and fast shipment, and this shop has become my first shop to look for figures.

Great prices and fast shipping. Items arrived quickly and in perfect condition!

I have made 2 orders with JD Collectibles and both have been great. Great selection and customer service.
