Not what they promised
Beware that they are a made to order and not a made for you chair. My 80 year old mother is severely handicapped and lives in pain. She called and asked a lot of questions before she ordered. They promised that the chair would fit all of her requirements. They asked for her height and measurements to make sure they made the right chair for her. When it came it did not in any way meet her needs and was not at all what they promised. The customer service rep was rude when she called to let them know that the chair was not what they promised. They tell you up front that it is non refundable but you assume that it will be what they promised. Now we have a chair that we will have to sell for pennies on the dollar and she still does not have a chair and will still have to find a chair to meet her needs. This is reprehensible to me.
