Mijn lieve man heeft voor mij een cd besteld van mijn favoriete album 'Blue banisters'. Het is een hele mooie cd en de audio kwaliteit is perfect. Heb er al 4 keer om gejankt. Hij kwam wel heel laat binnen en de track en trace was een beetje poep. Maar verder wel een fantastisch mooie cd en veel luister plezier.

Was sent the incorrect item, it was not even related to Lana Del Rey. After months of waiting, received my LDR Fenway Faithful hoody and it is the WORST quality hoody Ive ever had. $100 for mismatched seams, crooked sleeves and cuffs. Utter trash, so disappointed. NEVER ORDER FROM MERCH TRAFFIC

Bluza z odciętą metką ze skladem, materiał beznadziejny. Na pewno 100% poliester czy inny akryl. Zapłaciłam 40$ na promocji, nigdy więcej. Na pewno takie same są na Aliexpress za wiele niższą cenę

I placed an order for my daughter 6 weeks ago. No items have been shipped, all my emails to customer service have not been returned. I’m going to contact the Better business bureau- unbelievable, this is a scam. I wish Lana’s team knew about this. Do not order from here!

No star really! Ordered a t-shirt for a present, the quality was so abysmal it was going to be embarrassing to gift (and I buy a lot of merch). Paid extra for next day deliver - it arrived in four days. Decided to return...it's been a month since trying to get in touch with customer service. I've sent several emails and not receiving a response. The worst customer experience I've had in a very long time, if not ever. Do not spend your money on this!

I don't even want to talk about how horrible they are.

I ordered a gift for Christmas for my daughter. I ordered in 12/8. Every EFFING day the expected ship date is further and further away.

IT IS NOW MARCH 16TH 2024 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY EFFING ITEMS.

They refunded and apologized for the delay and assured me they were still going to send it to me because, well, because they really screwed up Christmas. The things I ordered were the most wanted gift from my kid. I cannot even put into words how angry I am.

I checked today. Expected shipping date is the 19th. The eff is that???

Paid $40 in November for an item. Order was cancelled in January after I was told they ran out of stock. They ran out of stock even though i placed my order immediately after the item went live in November. What a joke

It's been a month since I paid for my order. $110.93. I've been given nothing but the run around. First, I had to wait for their "logistics department" whatever that means. I wait, I email them back asking what kind of business practice this is and they tell me what I've purchased doesn't have an expected time frame of when it will ship. What? Why are you selling items you don't even have in hand? Someone has to produce the records I bought first? Are you kidding me? An absolute joke. I have never experienced worse customer service in my entire life. Avoid this website like the plague. Lost any respect I had left for this artist and will never support them again so long as I live, and will tell everyone I know, and more about my experience here.

Unmöglich, nie wieder.
Für Weihnachten hatte ich ein T-Shirt und einen Hoodie für meine Enkelin bestellt. Beides sollte bis zum 22. geliefert werden. Das T-Shirt kam am 18.12., so weit so gut. Am 23. hakte ich dann nach bezüglich des Hoodies. Mir wurde eine Lieferbestätigung zugesandt. Angeblich wäre der Hoodie zusammen mit dem T-Shirt geliefert worden. Auf meinen Einwand hin, erhielt ich dieselbe Antwort erneut. Da muss vermutlich jemand beim einpacken geschlafen haben oder dahinter steckt System. Abzocke! Nicht empfehlenswert!!!!!

Shocking…. Ordered race jacket 1st sept in stock not pre order, didn’t receive until late November. Had to return as it was too big. They received it back on 29th nov and I’m still waiting for my refund. 16th dec. Emailed customer services, no reply, strange that. The money actually left my bank account on 1st sept. £100 down now. So now have to contact my bank and get it back that way hopefully

Honestly never has a problem with the uk store apart from pre-orders being delayed.

I bought Candy-neckless and white t-shirt a mont ago, and still haven’t got it yet. I’m really stressed that they are not gonna made it for chrismas. I contact to the custom service and they just told me to be a patient, and sure it’s on the way to me. I’m really disapointment, and so close to get mental breakdown for this.

Absolute nightmare! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a jacket and album that were on pre-sale, it has now been over 2 weeks since release date. I wait over a week for a reply from customer service, which only asked if I still needed them. If they even bothered to read the email they would have seen that I certainly still needed help. I’m now trying to get a refund . Not happy

ordered a pill case, the “release date” (despite the item being out for months) was delayed, i waited til then and my order status still did not change. i then emailed (around a month or two since i ordered now) and was told that they hadn’t even received the item from their supplier. i left it another month or two before emailing to cancel my order. no one gets back to me until they email asking if i still need help. i reply saying i did and i wanted to cancel, and lo and behold, they ship my item after months of waiting and me saying i wanted to cancel.

Still waiting for my order, I can't get in touch with anyone. Think I need to ring the bank now. Gutted as was for a special birthday present. Now I'm left with nothing to give my son as I haven't even got the money to get him anything

Now, a month and half after the expected shipping date, they continue to make fun of me and say that the product is late.

This is not true because the product is already available everywhere.

Only not from them!

The product was in fact released on the world market on October 6, 2023!

I had the bad idea and misadventure of choosing them to purchase my product and now on October 29, 2023 I am left empty-handed!

They keep asking me in emails if I want to cancel the order and if I want a refund.

But what refund??!

I ordered to have the product and not to get a refund!

They respond automatically and always the same without giving any explanation for this serious disservice.

How is it possible that Lana Del Rey allows these people to manage the sale of her record?

But is it still acceptable to suffer this behavior in 2023?!?!

Ordered a Lana Del Rey zippo for my daughter’s birthday on 24 hour shipping. Still waiting two weeks later and they will not respond. Very poor.

My daughter ordered the official Lana lighter from this company in Feb 23, not only was there delay after delay, when it did arrive months late in June 23 it was extreamly poor quality, scratched and tarnished. She paid £30 for a brass 'zippo' syle lighter but what turned up was far from the quality we had expected, we should have bought a genuine zippo and had it engraved, instead what we have is cheap Chinese rubbish.

Customer service is also terrible, we raised a concern and requested a replacement straight away (June 23), they have since stopped replying to emails, more annoying is that in the 5 months we have been trying to have this resolved my daugher could not use the lighter in case it had to be returned, so 9 months after ordering we've given up......all I can say is avoid this company at all costs!

Super good for me! I bought the racer jacket from the us site (I live in sweden) and it shipped before the release date and came in a month! (Which is good since it came from the USA to Sweden!) and I love that it calculates taxes and things like that before you buy it!
