Ordered at very fair price an Italian Olympic puffer jacket- took a month but well worth the wait. Quality !

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly advise others to avoid this business if you don’t want to be disappointed.
Their website is misleading and feels like a complete scam. I regret trusting them and wasting my hard-earned money. Even when they agreed the retuned faulty item after a lenghty process. I still at this time had no refund of my £74. do not expect after sale service as it does not exist.

DO NOT PURCHASE, BUYER BEWARE. The t-shirt received looked nothing like the item advertised. Wrong size, wrong shape, no stitch detail, no care labels, came in a plastic bag from Pakistan with no additional information included. Three months later and having paid the postage for return, the incorrect (lower) amount is being refunded. I have chased constantly, communication is poor, inconsistent and includes false claims around timelines.

Do not order from this company/site. Absolute cowboys,do not reply to messages. I wish i had read the reviews before i ordered from this company.

I ordered a " Monty Don " type jacket, the item i received was nothing like that ordered. You cannot contact them by email or telephone only by their homepage. They said the picture is for reference only! They said to keep the item & they would send me another jacket. I returned it & requested a refund. I did get a refund after i had opened a dispute via my bank. I have now bought a far better quality jacket from LA REDOUGHT, I do not know what Google are doing letting a company like this advertise, if i buy a car i want the one i ordered not one the company decide to send me. STRANGE HOW HOW THERE IS A SUDDEN INFLUX OF POSITIVE REVIEWS. ( I SUGGEST TRUSTPILOT INVESTIGATE)

I have ordered a leather jacket and the jacket recieve in real leather and it's warm as required. I will recommend with one suggestion ..look at the size chart carefully I have updated my order size after reviewing it

Wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY . FAKE. They wil take your money and send you a crappy piece of clothing that isn’t what you see in the photo once you send the item back they promise a refund but you will not receive it. Lucky I have contacted the bank to put in a dispute. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Well I’m still waiting for a refund. Numerous emails, telephone won’t work. The jacket I ordered was very poor quality and made to fit a child not an adult. I’m not a happy customer

My husband bought a jacket and the garment wasn't too bad for the money BUT it is miles too small we are reluctant to return it because so many people have ended up with no refund and no jacket that we decided to give it away instead. It also took a long time to arrive and although the company gives a UK address I strongly suspect it came from China.

Paid £70 ive requested a refund for goods not received, highly doubt I'll get one, should've read reviews first,

I wish I had read the reviews! Jacket too small, poor quality, sent it back well within their 30 day refund policy. Said they had to inspect it and refund would be within 10 working days ! Obviously, nothing received and still chasing ! Sadly amount too small to go back to my credit card provider!

Heah with all these terrible reviews has Trading Standards ever done anything !

Shopletic is NOT a tailor! They are not even a dressmaker. I ordered a shirt and did not expect couture, but what I got was very disappointing. Immediately I noticed threads hanging from a lot of the seams. The button holes are pulled because there is fabric is thin and there is no interfacing in the button stand. The collar has a huge tuck in the back neck. The way the sleeves have been attached is beyond appalling and the front facing isn’t wide enough for the rever turn back. No wash care label or fabric information.
I wish I’d read the other reviews before buying!!!

In fact not even one star could I give minus they were quick to take my money then I waiting over a month for this christmas present only to discover that its nothing like the picture shown or the description. It was meant to be wool but it's horrible nylon cheap fabric. Poorly made as the neck is so tight for a 2xl a child wouldn't fit its head in. I'm so upset I've been scammed and cheated out of £65.99. Don't trust this company ever they lie they have no phone contact as I've tried the numerous times and got a no number answer. I think it's a sweat shop abroad not a London company. The state of the produce.
