My teeth feel cleaner after using the peppermint paste. I have not tried the others yet. It foams well and does not leave residue on my toothbrush as another brand did.

I read the ingredients of the tube and I have switched to nudge because I believe it takes much better care of my teeth than fluoride toothpaste.
I am also impressed that I can squeeze every last bit of paste out of the tube. Great !

The floss keeps shredding as I use it. UGH
It shreds, breaks and gets stuck between my teeth. I had to use regular floss to get it out.

Right upfront I want to say that I personally didn't like the Cinnamon Clove flavor. I did order six tubes to get the discount.

So, I texted Nudge. They immediately offered me a refund, but all I wanted an exchange. I got a return authorization and sent back the five remaining unopened tubes for an exchange in flavor to Natural Mint.

These people have a good product and they stand behind it. Their closest competitor, from my research, is Mouthology. This is also 10% nano hydroxyapatite. Mouthology is only 4 oz and it is more expensive. The consistency isn't as good. I know. I tried it. It's not bad, but Nudge is better and they give you .5 oz more product. Classy.

So, this is my genuine review and my gratitude for Nudge. It's good. Very good. I'll be using it in my my spit, don't rinse routine along with a low abrasive fluoride toothpaste for a double whammy protection of my older teeth.

I’ve just used the toothpaste but a few times so haven’t had a chance to see the benefits. But I really like the ingredients and the taste of the paste. And thank you for making it affordable. My dentist said it has to be nano and 10 percent hydroxyapapatite to be effective and I was glad to see it met those requirements.

I purchased water melon flavored toothpaste.I give it a five star for taste and texture.

the dental floss gets stuck between my teeth. It's difficult to clean teeth, I find myself still picking my teeth days later.

The chai flavor is great, I don't like the peppermint as much because I prefer spearmint and this is not clear with the general "mint" title. For everyone out there, it's peppermint. It irritates my mouth far far less than old toothpaste. I'm way more motivated to brush my teeth now.
