Do not order from here…

Do not order from here.

No communication whatsoever, canceled my order without letting me know, and didn’t try to contact me for something else.

Like a normal human I’ll go buy my clothes in person.

Avoid this company, read the reviews and spend that money wisely elsewhere. I better get a refund or I’m fighting the charges.

Completely unacceptable customer…

Completely unacceptable customer service. Says that they have a return policy, but there is zero communication available to start this process. I paid for a product and received a knock-off version that was not advertised, and I’ve sent multiple emails and chats to the company with no answer. I want to return the item and get a refund, but I am now well-past the 30-day window. I’ve never experienced such a blatant disregard for customer service, and strongly recommend that no one shops here.

Avoid at all costs. Chargeback or contact a small claims lawyer!

I ordered a package in December and had ZERO contact from the business. Just took my money and not a peep. After weeks they respond and say the package will arrive in 2-4 days. That was 6 days ago. I have had enough! I’ve contacted the BBB and my next course of action won’t be pretty!

I placed an order and paid for my honest tea in mid December.
