I have a charged of $119.97 and I have no idea what this is for plus I gave nobody the authority to do such. I will be going to my Bank to have this investigated next week.

You charged my bank account without authorization which is now causing me problems. You had no right to do so as I did not provide you with this information
I made the purchase with SmoothSpine on 6/27 @9am. By 1:45pm that same day, I emailed the company requesting my order be cancelled and refunded. I was emailed back saying my order was cancelled and they “needed to call me”… so they call me, I can’t talk on the phone because I’m at work… they leave a message to call back. I call back… 4 TIMES… same thing every time… told by a computer the wait is 11 minutes… 20 minutes in, they disconnected. That’s over an HOUR of me trying to reach this company for a refund!! They advertise “MONEY BACK GUARANTEE WITHIN 90 DAYS”.
I see now that Facebook even has a group of all the people scammed by Peak Reach BV. It’s the same story as mine. Also, the BBB has several complaints against Peak Reach/SmoothSpine.
RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE … UNREACHABLE!!!!!
