The platform for Shopper is easily managed. Although occasionally there has been drop outs of the platform itself. Connection in certain locations can be restricted and frustrating which is no fault of Creative.

I have completed 10 jobs for ShopperNOW…
I have completed 10 jobs for ShopperNOW over the last four months. I have enjoyed working for the company. The briefs for the jobs are detailed. The report submission process is straightforward as long as I have kept to the brief. They have paid me for each job as per their payroll process. There is a support team who respond to email questions plus a large FAQ section on their website. The main downside is the small amount of money per job and the low number of jobs available. Even so I would recommend working with ShopperNOW.

I joined Shopper Now after seeing a TikTok user recommend them
I discovered Shopper Now through a TikTok creator’s recommendation and didn’t have high expectations at first, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. So far, I’ve completed mystery shops that paid cash directly into my bank account, along with perks like free burger meals, custom cakes, and wine. You do need to spend money upfront and I wouldn’t call it a high-earning side hustle or something to try if you're strapped for cash. That said, it’s a fun and rewarding experience. A big plus is that the surveys and tasks are quick and straightforward, unlike those on many other platforms.

Great platform for a part time.job which you can do in the evenings or weekends or anytime you like which fits within the timeframe. On time payments with never a miss. I am with them for 5 years.

Wants a lot of personal information and no jobs anywhere near where I live
I saw this company advertising on a job site wanting "mystery shoppers". I'm trying to return to employment after having children and I'm struggling to find anything. When I received an email asking me to sign up I was excited. You must provide A LOT of personal information just to sign up to see the "job board". A lot of information - eye colour, hair colour, glasses, height - and then asking about martial status, employment (you could choose - I prefer not to say) but I can't see WHY these are being asked especially in Australia. I answered enough for it to finally allow me access to the job board. 0 jobs for my town. I filtered it to 100km - 0 jobs. I'm in South Australia - a regional location. I'm assuming if you are advertising here for shoppers that there actually is work - 0 jobs indicates to me I'd earn very little ever if at all. I am very unhappy that number of jobs available isn't disclosed early on - like SA - regional (4) or something because now they have my data. I have already "resigned" from the position

ShopperNOW only hires mystery shoppers on a casual basis, and all jobs clearly state the payment amount before a shopper accepts an assignment. There are no promotions or long-term employment structures, as mystery shopping is designed to be flexible, task-based work.

Just signed up but cannot find any jobs in my area or in the state (Victoria); I think they are based in NSW but I would have liked that intel before signing up with a lot of personal information!

I absolutely love working with shopperNOW! They are consistent with putting jobs up on the job board which are jobs I'm personally interested in taking part in. I have lots of fun doing mystery shopper jobs and shopperNOW has made it very easy and enjoyable!

I live in a rural country area which means 1 to 2 hours travel time for all available jobs, often finished a job and the following day another job pops up in the same town as yesterday, Maybe try to link the dates and consider paying some sort of travel costs?

Needs improvement of customer services
A legit company, that is a great scheme. You can get paid and receive items in exchange for being a mystery shopper. The website is easy to navigate. Just had a few glitches when uploading photos on a phone. My problem is that they continously have an error and ask me to update my details, I then send over my details and then they lock my account anyway. It always requires me to call them and sit on the phone for a long time so that they can reactivate my after their glitch. They never answer their emails which is frustrating too. I have now stopped using shoppernow. I hope in the future they can improve this as it’s unfair.

I find that all the staff I deal with are approachable and professional. The range of jobs is amazing. I have had some great opportunities to do some really great assignments and I hope this can continue to 2025 and beyond.
