It's worst experience. I ordered two items. And recieved order items are different.

Now I am trying to reach them over suggested mail for return and refund process. Nothing is working. Support email id is also wrong.

I want to return items at earliest possible and get my 1598/- rs back.

My order no. was AWB 29694211440622.
Guide me now- how can I get refund? It's not small amount for me.

STEFITZ was part of a JCPenney sale website. They have refused to respond to a request for information on my order that was placed April 25, 2026. I sent another request for refund today to a second email address.

Incorrect product delivered and no customer support at all.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Shoppe Online. The size and quality of the product delivered to me was completely different from the item I ordered. My money has been totally wasted.
To make matters worse, there is no proper customer support contact number available to raise a complaint or seek assistance.
I request Shoppe Online to immediately process a full refund for my order and provide clear instructions for returning the incorrect product.
I expect a quick response and a complete refund at the earliest.

absolutely pathetic company , mail is not getting delivered. My 900rs is been wasted by seeing quality of the product . it really terrible experience. people please dont buy anything from this website , you will face same issue like us . No contact number to connect also , they are playing with people trust , i really pray they should face huge loss in future for cheating people so that they understand our pain .

This is a fake site, the product which was shown in the ad and the product which was delivered is totaly different. They are chitting with the Public. There is no refund , no contact no. Only one link of support from where there is no respond for refund.

Today dt 09.05.26 we have received the product under order ref no 204031.The product which has received is not as per the quality shown in the catalogue/product video.
The size and colour is also different from the order.
Hence it is requested to kindly return the money immediately and improve the quality of the product for future supply of other customer.

This website is totally fake. This doesn't deserve any star. I got 2 track pants for rupees 900. It was low quality product. When I emailed them for refund, the mail did not delivered from any of my email id. There is no customer care number to contact. Please don't order anything from this website. We should legally take action on this.

This website is fake! There is no contact number, and the email ID doesn't exist. Whoever these people are they appear to have an inside person "write only positive reviews" for them.

It's highly improbable that all "customers" would give a positive feedback. And even the feedback/reviews are the same.

They claim to have returns/refunds, but when I emailed them to flag that they send me the wrong product and I need a refund, there is no response.

Moreover there is no receipt or acknowledgement. They sent me a very ordinary cheap pair of shoes that you can get from anywhere.

Whatever the other reviews saying is completely true.. I lost my money.. I shouldn't have trusted this site.. I could have checked this kind of reviews before placing an order.. My bad...

If there was a minus... I would give that. The products are pathetic. I would not use it even if given free. There is no way to return and refund. PLEASE AVOID ...THEY ARE CHEATS

Fake Website, They don't take returns back and their customer care mail id is fake. Never buy from this website.

Fruod company hai ye order kuch kro dete kuch h please is per se shopping na kren koi bhi.

Tha product was order based on youtube advertisement, which I received is completely different product quality is not at all good very disappointed. I have wrote complaint mail and requested for refund on 30th sept, 25 next day I received mail as below

Delivery incomplete
There was a temporary problem while delivering your message to support at shoppz. Gmail will retry for 45 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently .

I don't know whether I have to wait or not. Very disappointing 😞
