A hidden gem IMO

ShopShops is a great service. I found the content really engaging and they do a good job sourcing quality handbags from Japan. I would love for them to offer even more categories, though I know they already have a good variety

WARNING! !!BEWARE!!

Not honest about the flaws and sign of use of bag. Refund or return is impossible...they will just offer you a 20$ credit for the flaws of bag that they did not mention during live. They said its normal for a preloved bag to have flaws but during live they will tell you the bag is all good and in perfect condition. If there is a zero rate I will give them a 0. Do not patronize WARPDOOR JAPAN LTD and Mumu.

I recently purchased a Louis Vuitton speedy 30 from shopshops the price was great and it came with Entrupy authentication! Best place to shop pre-love bags!

Bad customer service and sellers name…

Bad customer service and sellers name RichRay luxury collection is dishonest. Also Sylvia Vintage is dishonest too. So stay away from those store at Shopshop.

Longtime customer, love the fun/unique shows and items!

I've been a shopshops customer for years (love you Mumu!) and have purchased probably 10+ designer vintage handbags, new but discounted shoes, clothes, accessories, etc. The live shows are fun, I love the access to international shops and products, and appreciate the quick customer service responses. The merchandise is sometimes coming from Japan or China so takes a bit of time, but none of my purchases are urgent so I don't mind. Overall, love shopping on Shopshops.

I wish I made my research before…

I wish I made my research before purchasing on this company. I bought 2 LV purses, already got an update and tracking shipment was provided online and suddenly got an email after 13 days that the purse Is sold. How can that be???? ! Just not professional and so dishonest . offer me a bag that’s more damage for a $100 less than the bag I purchased.

I purchased a bag during live show and…

I purchased a bag during live show and was given false information regarding the year of manufacture of bag. I asked for refund of my money. Adam of Adam luxury tried to convince me that year didn’t matter but condition of bag was more important. I told him this made me wary of continuing with the purchase. He then offered to have their company authenticate bag. I felt better for a while about it then I read terrible reviews about this company online. I again reached out to ask to cancel order and refund my money. I was basically told that they would not speak with me and that I can do whatever I like and that I would be reported to the platform. I reached back out to see if they intended to ship bag since they have gotten my money . Now no one is responding to my messages.
