They will completely ignore you until you contact the BBB/AG

I should have read these reviews before buying from them. I bought a sweatshirt on May 4 and after several months with no update, I asked them to cancel the order and give me a refund. They proceeded to just spam empty a.i. replies every time I tried to reach out. 5 months later I filed a complaint with the BBB and state AG and WHAT DO YOU KNOW, they coincidentally refunded my money two days later. They claimed they were simply “backed up” the last couple weeks. MF’er it’s been 5 months!! Complete scumbags.

Terrible business

Terrible business, no communications of value, support (customer service) nonexistent, waiting now for over a month for 1 shirt that they report has been in production since 30-July. They must be waiting on the cotton harvest. Buyer beware!

Takes your money, Sends nothing

After placing an order on August 10, 2025, nothing has arrived as of September 8. Contacting customer support is useless. I received a generic email with excuses and no follow through. I will never do business knowingly with this company.

It’s bad. Keep your money.

I was sent an incorrect size for an order (ordered XL, received L). Getting help resolving this has been wildly difficult because the company has decided that no one can contact them without going through a really bad AI gatekeeper first, and the magic words for getting it to actually put in a ticket or request an agent (projected at over 30 minutes) changes each time you use the bot. Once you do actually get to that point, you will have very limited “select” options to describe your issue. Then you will receive approximately 9 generic emails with different case numbers saying “they’re on it.” Then you’ll read things on Reddit, comments on their social, etc, to see if maybe you can expect that the support will get better now that you have a ticket in (or 9 of them), and your expectations will plummet through the floor and the earth’s crust to its molten core. There you will meet their AI chatbot again. He also cannot help you. And gets weirdly offended if you have the gall to say you don’t like AI (as it misspells words in its nonsensical canned responses, of course).

Unbelievably bad

Unbelievably bad. We placed an order for 13 items (sweatshirts, t-shirts, hoodies) in February. We finally just received the last item. It's August. Six months to get 13 items! And they shipped every item separately, charging a ridiculous shipping amount for each item. I seriously have no idea how they stay in business. DO NOT order through this company.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. No live agents to talk too, no number to contact them??!! Thank God I paid with a credit card because I just disputed my two T-shirts. No response from anyone, and it kept saying printing on my status for a whole month!!. DO NOT BUY anything from them. If I could, I would give 0 stars. It is sad because it was a gift for my special needs Daughter. Shame on them!!

You won't get what you order

If you actually want to get customized SWAG this is NOT the right choice.

They 'handled' my company's order and 5 months later I'm still waiting on confirmation fr when I'll get it.

terrible experience as consistent online shopper

I ordered three clothing items for a summer camp I work for. Ordered on June 4th, before camp starts. the first item I received was a hoodie, delivered on June 30th. I reached out to them on July 5th, and I got a response on July 7th saying, " Thank you for reaching out to the Spring Fan Experience Team! We thoroughly acknowledge your concern and appreciate your patience.

Due to ongoing supply chain disruptions following our recent platform transition, some orders—including yours—have been delayed longer than we would typically expect. I completely understand how frustrating this has been and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

While we don’t have a set ETA at the moment, we are actively working with our new print partners to get fully caught up and move outstanding orders through production as quickly as possible. I’ll continue to monitor your orders...and keep you updated on any changes.

We appreciate your continued patience as we work through the final stages of this transition. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m here to help.

I then received my second item on July 25th. It is now August 17th, and I still have not received my last item. We have one week of camp left. this company is not good. They don't give you answers. shipping each item separately is also its own issue. I also feel as though that email was written by AI. I don't write reviews very often, which shows that this company is terrible. Do not order from this company

Horrible

Horrible! I placed an order on June 30th, 2025 for two t-shirts via Drumeo where I take drumming lessons. I finally got one on July 24th, but the other is still in printing status. I have contacted support and this person Renz claims to have escalated my order, but here we are on 8/15/2025 and nothing. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am on a call with Bank of America to dispute the charge and hopefully get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Order never received

I ordered from this company on July 7th. Its now August 12th and I have not received my order nor any shipping updates. When I emailed the company initially they responded saying they had a large volume of orders. That was a month ago. I emailed them again and have since only received 2-24 hour help emails but no actual response.

Positive review

In view of all the negative reviews had to say I ordered a t-shirt on 15 July and received it on 5 August so just 20 days. Product good quality and just as ordered. Gave 4 stars as the expected delivery date was never accurate.

That site was recommended by YouTube...
They are scammers.

I ordered 2 hoodies back in March

I ordered 2 hoodies back in March, when they hadn't arrived 6 weeks after the ship date, I emailed. Their customer service has been jerking me around since then. I still have no hoodies and no refund. I've filed criminal complaints as well as filed fraud complaints with the FTC and BBB and my credit card company.
Update: After filing a complaint with the BBB I was able to get a refund.

They don’t deserve 1 star.
Placed order April 1 with April 9 delivery date.
April 14 I reached out to inquire on order and received a reply that they were backed up. No problem. I understand. Just asked for communication going forward. Crickets. Fast forward to June 6th and still no order or communication. Emailed to cancel my order and refund my CC or I would process a chargeback by the 9th. I got busy and forgot. Received reply on the 11th that order had been sent to the production department for cancellation and once confirmed they would “proceed with the resolution”. On June 24th I received an email indicating the order had been cancelled and they were processing my refund. By July 21st the refund had not been processed so I proceeded with a chargeback on my card. Only then did they start to reach out… several times, ultimately asking me to cancel the chargeback 🤣 Noooo you had plenty of time to communicate and to process the refund. If I cancel I can’t reopen.
My order was placed for merchandise made for a national 501C3, for which I am a local leader. They have since paused all orders though Spring.

Scammed

Placed order 2/23/25. Many emails with promises and excuses. Have to start credit dispute. Cancelled order on 6/16/25 after many months of patience. As of 7/23/25, no replies to my inquiry on credit. This is a horrible company taking your money and giving you nothing. Scam.

I paid for 2 pieces of merch clothing from a Youtuber & after a reasonable amount of time of not receiving the goods I contacted them. It all went downhill from there. They made a pissy excuse about production issues & I requested they cancel the order & provide a refund. It has been 3 months now & no matter how many times I contact them I haven't received the refund. When I do get a reply you think you are talking to someone who actually cares, but from what I have read online, their platitudes are just AI generated replies. Nothing has been done to refund MY MONEY! DO NOT BELIEVE THEM IF THEY TELL YOU THE REFUND WILL BE IN YOUR ACCOUNT IN 7-10 WORKING DAYS. IT WON'T!!! They are not supplier the goods & keeping your money. How are they getting away with this???

SCAM Alert. Do Not trust Spring Amaze

I have been trying for over two months to get a refund for an order that I never received. It is very, very furstrating. The only response I get is done by what appears to be another "company" that works as some kind of intermediary association for Spring @ Amaze. They were quick to charge my card for the item but did NOT deliver the product. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not use this company!

Do not use this company. My order is several weeks overdue. I have contacted 'customer service'. Automated replies state there will be a response within 24 hours. There has been zero response. I'm not surprised. The only reason I ordered from this company is because I wanted a slogan T shirt from an app-based fitness coach I follow. I wish I had never ordered in the first place.
