Never shipped my item and ghosted me about it
I placed this order using the Shop app. It’s been over a month and a half, and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve sent several messages to the email address associated with the store and not gotten an answer. At this point, it is not clear to me that they are actually monitoring the email account, or that they intend to ship the item. I recommend staying away.

Just following up on this to confirm that you were reached out to within 48 hours to in response to your inquiry about the shirt you ordered, (despite any e-mail discrepancies, shop app issues, or other miscommunication) and were promptly refunded once the issue had been solved. :) Sorry for the inconvenience, as this is not the experience we carry out on a daily basis with our customers.

We don’t cancel orders without cause - and sent you an email to request verification of your billing and shipping details as your order was marked as a high fraud risk order by Shopify. As you can understand, in the industry we are in we do not risk fulfilling orders to high fraud alert customers. As also stated in our cancellation email you will be refunded within 3-5 business days. Thank you!

Hi Nicole, Unfortunately - Shopify notified us that your order was marked as a "high fraud risk" as per a mis-match of billing and shipment information provided. Due to the industry we are in (luxury resale), and the risk on our end as well we take these precautions seriously. We do reserve the right to cancel, and refund orders whenever there is a risk of it not fulfilling successfully. Customer service is impeccable @ubbikini. I was having trouble figuring out shopping to Canada. I was walked through solutions and ended up ordering the West Indies and Pasatiempo kini sets. I misjudged the sizing in the top of the Pasatiempo kini. I was shown photos of other sizes to scale for reference and promptly received a bigger size. My experience with @ubbikini was so pleasant all around. Not to mention the styles, prints and quality are just what I’ve been looking for! I will definitely be buying my future bikinis from here.
