Really happy with my order. I got the neck massager and it actually works better than I expected. Been using it almost every day after work.

super dissappointing. do not waste your money on this fraud company. order your stuff from temu or aliexpress etc. 1. you'll receive your order much faster (it can take 1 to 2 months to receive your stuff tho they advertise with 7 days),and the exact same items are offered on other sites (temu, aliexpress etc) for at least 1/6 of the price, and safer!

Pure scam, their products are cheap quality and shipping takes ages to reach in Europe.

Decent results, but cleanup was messy and lines weren’t as crisp as expected.

Works really well, but I wish the cord was longer. Still very happy with the results.

Pants I ordered dont fit. Had to give them away. Got partial refund, but wasnt enough to offset my utter disappointment. Don't waste your time and money on this site, they sell cheap Chinese mass produced rubbish. There are so many other legitimate clothing shops out there with proper customer service and free returns.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Purchase made on the Alignee shop, which for some reason redirects to Valcero.
Product arrived from China, poor quality and, ABOVE ALL, DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE ORDERED.
According to them, the shipping costs for the return are to be paid by the buyer, not the seller, contrary to what is required by the Italian law for non-compliant products.
Therefore, they are unreliable to the point of being fraudulent and are STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

This is scam. I ordered and just 2 minutes after reading reviews I cancelled but they still continued to process. BEWARE

The items advertised are not what in reality is being delivered to you. In my case ( and I think many other) I have ordered trousers which they claimed to be 100% cotton but I got trousers made of the cheapest polyester. Not only material is different but also cut. DO Not BUY THE TROUSERS!

I demanded return and they told me that I HAVE to PAY for the shipment to china. FOR THESE Shitty Trousers!!!! This is ridiculous!!! NEVER BUY ANYTHING from THESE SCAMMERS!

I was informed the product should have been received, but it never happened. I have contacted customer service (4 e- emails, one was adressed to James), either for them to send the product or refund my credit card, and have gotten no response, nor the product, nor the refund . I would give 0 stars, but that option is not available. Shopvalcero is totally unreliable or it is a scam.

Do not buy from this site - products shipped are different to product advertised
If I could give this site zero stars I would. The LumeLash eyelash curler advertised on Pinterest was shown to be a clamp style. The product I received is not a clamp style and not at all what was advertised on the site - and more importantly does not work.

I've requested a refund and been told that I have to pay for return shipping (to China from Australia). If this was a change of mind return I would have no issue for paying for shipping - but this site is falsely advertising their products. I've submitted a complaint with ACCC - they need to be blocked in Australia so other consumers aren't scammed.

paid for three items 23 days ago, at this stage there is still no update on where the items are. I have sent multiple emails and not getting any reply from the company.

Customer Service is exceptional. I don’t normally leave feedbacks but I know when to give when credit is due. Keep up this kind of service and I hope for the continuous success of the company.

The trousers arrived but weren’t nearly as nice as the photos. When I contacted them about returning them, they offered me a 20% refund or the option to return them at my own expense to an address in China! I said I would happily pay to return them to an address in the UK but they had always given the strong impression that they were a UK based company. In reality they are a dodgy Chinese company so I got £5.40 back instead of £27.
