I find the product to be very good initially. Time will tell if it realy helps with he dental hygene. The Website is excellent and the e-book very helpful. I did not realise it would be coming from Sweden and found the shipping time of 12 days to be somewhat long in todays marketplace, hence the dropped star.

Brilliant customer service. Emma so helpful when I questioned my order as it took a few weeks to arrive but I live British Isles so post can be slow.

During an emergency, discovered long after my regular vet was closed, you took u in immediately (my new dog and I) at 2:30 am after he devoured his flea collar. Why he did that, I will never know. Honestly - PUPPIES! Super service, which was successful and our pup is doing just fine. VERY PROFESSIONAL and attentive with a human touch! I give a 5 Star rating.

I discovered VET PET store by accident when browsing for best quality Eye wipes for my dog who was continually displaying sore eyes and dirty eyes but without tear staining. Ears were/are also a problem through his compromised immune system and environmental allergy issues and food intolerances.
However, having explained all this in a detailed email with Agent Emma..she felt that VET PETS could help and so I purchased both eye/ear wipes. Over a 3 week period I was quietly impressed with the individual performances of both products in particular the eye wipes which have really improved the condition of his external eye areas....amazing . VET PETS are very keen to assist through email dialogue and this provides a platform of confidence also. Yes , I would definitely recommend the company and these products specifically....

Initially I was very happy, started using immediately after my dog had been groomed and seemed to work well.
As time has gone on and her hair has regrown they aren't working at all.

Have only used them three times I am looking forward to see the results in the near future.

My golden retriever always had a black crusty discharge under her eyes. After only a few days, the discharge became smaller and has finally totally disappeared. The staining under her eyes is retreating. She actually likes having her eyes rubbed. I’m very happy with the results!!
