Really nice products
Really nice products! At first I was worried some items that came in one size only would be too big, but some artful folding held a lot. Now I’m grateful for the larger sizes! They also hold up well for my energetic pup!
Shipping takes time, so if you are looking for seasonal items, get the order in early!

I am currently giving my experience a 2 star. I ordered 3 scarfs a week ago and they still have not shipped. As someone who works for a shipping company, I would highly suggest a better shipping method. This is very very slow compared to a lot of companies we order from.

We are committed to making sure that our customers have a clean and pleasant shopping experience. We take all feedback seriously and thank you for taking the time to share this with us. Our team just double-checked the most recent update for your order, it says the package is on it's way to the USPS facility which means the order is already shipped.
We would like to remind you that we have clearly stated on our checkout page that our standard shipping takes 15-16 business days (or less) from the date of the purchase. And the order was placed on the 1st of December and we have shipped it within 48 hours on the 3rd of December 2021. Hence, your order will arrive early next week as it's still only been 10 days from the date of purchase.
