The customer service is the best I have encountered. There was an issue with my first order and I immediately received an email with a generous solution. I appreciate the prompt communication as well as the willingness to go above and beyond. The product is also a high quality. I plan to be a continues customer.

Well, I love the apparel. It’s well-made. It’s gorgeous colors very generous and I’ve lived on Long Island for 70 years and I like to support local businesses, especially run by women, and it’s a great product. I’ve bought a sweatshirt for my granddaughter and she loves it now I have a matching one.

The shirts are great. As a former Long Islander I appreciate the Sunrise Hwy. theme. The shirts arrived quickly.

Easy to order items, fast delivery. I bought 3 of the same items (love you to the beach and back)but one was incorrect. I emailed wave creations, I had a return label next morning and the correct item being prepared for shipping.
I’m very pleased with quality of sweatshirts and would purchase from Wave Creations again.

I saw the two owner/creators on the Fox Morning show. I really liked the items that were showing, especially the I Love You to the Beach and back goodie. I bought the hoodie for my sons girlfriend, she loved it and she said is was sooo soft. Ordering was easy and I received it very quickly. I am very satisfied with your product!

Everything I ordered was exactly as advertised, even better. The hoodie is adorable and well made. The necklaces are so delicate and beautifully crafted. I like them so much I may order more as gifts. My only suggestion is to let customers know approximately how long it will take to receive their item. Even though my items were pre-ordered, it would’ve been nice to know when I could expect them. I started to get worried about the necklaces. Keep up the great ideas. I’m looking forward to more new choices.

There was a minor delay I getting my item. The girls reached out and gave me an option to cancel if needed. I didn’t cancel. It came soon after and we were so pleased with the shirt.
