Schade, eine ehemals so vielversprechende Plattform heute zu sehen- ich weiß es ist ein Spagat, aber mit einer kostenpflichtigen Mitgliedschaft für Verkäufer... die Bewertungen zeigen es.

Its a shame they now charge subscription fees if you want to sell stuff, I'll just use other sites to sell things instead! Goodbye Shpock!

No good
Such a shame they are charging a subscription now for listing. Especially when you have more popular sites that still do it for free. I never got a lot of notice with my items on Shpock anyway and now I have a strong feeling charging users to sell will stop users using it all together. I won’t be using it now unfortunately.
Don’t think it was a smart decision for their company long term. They will definitely now see a decline in consumers

• No more ads: You won’t see any ads in the app or on the website
• Membership badge: Show your support to Shpock with a badge on your profile
• More photos: Upload up to 20 photos for each of your listings
• Longer item lifetime: Your listings will stay online for 90 days, instead of the usual 30
• Free promotions: Promote 2 listings a month for free and get up to 12x more views
• Priority Support: your requests will be answered within 3 hours during our business hours
In order to increase your chances on a sale, we recommend regularly updating listings (e.g. price or description) if an item is not selling for a longer period of time.

Warning Fraudulent Service - Money Withheld!
Warning Fraudulent Service! They claim 'No fees' & 'Buyer support' with paypal, but huge fees get applied and they dismiss all service to Paypal. It's fraudulent to lie within service & I will report to respective authorities. Use Vinted instead, they don't scam, or hold your money on 3rd provider for 30 days claiming 'Partner/Protection'. If anything it's Partnered Theft.

When paying via PayPal in the Shpock app there are no fees for buyers. Fees only apply to sellers and are clearly communicated.
If there are any issues with the item or the delivery you are fully covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection. Please report the issue directly through your PayPal account to start the claims process.

Now just for resellers
Shpock was originally meant for locals to sell unwanted items and find genuine bargains. Now it feels more geared towards resellers. Introducing a monthly fee just to sell a few bits after a clear-out goes against what the site was designed for. Instead of everyday people selling at fair prices, it’s turning into the same sellers posting over and over.

Not another subscription service
I was a seller on here till they started charging a subscription they say its 2 help with maintaining the site but that's a load of rubbish because they was doing a good job of that b4 when it was free its just a way of getting more money put of u and if im honest another subscription services is just 1 2 many now buyers offer silly prices and then when they agree the price 6 weeks later ur still waiting 4 them 2 turn up im sorry but if gumtree make money with out subscriptions why cant shpock ill stick with gumtree for my selling im not paying 2 sell stuff and the buyer doesn't turn

Gut finde ich
Gut finde ich, dass man schnell geholfen bekommt, wenn was schief läuft. Aber nicht gut finde ich, dass man monatlich bezahlen muss, wenn man keine Werbung haben möchte, und um neue Sachen einstellen zu können. Und dann klappt es leider auch nicht immer alles reibungslos. Schade, das war früher besser.

Illegale Emails vom Spock
Illegale Emails vom Spock, werde seit 7 Jahren mit Emails zugeballert.
Jede Woche 5-8 Stück und in jeder Werbe Email gibt es den Button um so einen "Newsletter" abzubestellen.
Dieses versuche ich seit 3 Jahren ohne erfolg jedesmal steht da fehlgeschlagen. Es gibt aber auch keine andere Option.
Somit muss ich jetzt einen Anwalt einschalten der Spock Post sendet mit der Bitte mir mir keine Werbung mehr zu senden.

Nach jahrelanger Nutzung wird nun von Shpock nicht nur für die neuen Anzeigen Geld verlangt, sondern die alten Anzeigen auch noch gelöscht!
Tut mir leid! Jetzt bin ich auch weck...!
Man verkauft sowieso nichts mehr seit man für die Anzeigen bezahlen muss!

Lohnt sich nicht + kostenpflichtiges Abo!
Über shpock (noch) etwas verkaufen zu wollen lohnt sich weniger als garnicht. Dort ein Artikel/eine Anzeige hochzuladen ist es die Mühe schon nicht mehr wert.. Nach mehreren MONATEN gibt es bei meinen Marken Sneakern (welche in Top Zustand sind!) nicht einmal einen User der die Anzeige überhaupt mal angesehen hat.
Nachdem ich gestern die KOSTENPFLICHTIGE MITGLIEDSCHAFT gekündigt habe, bekomme ich heute bereits dubiose Werbe Emails von Shpock in denen für eine Teilnahme an Gewinnspielen geworben wird. Das soll angeblich nur über die App gehen; vermutlich um verloren gegangene User wieder zurück zu locken

Nun kriege ich dubiose Gewinnspiele auf meine E-mail geschickt, ohne die Option in der E-Mail,oder sonst wo den Newsletter abzustellen.
Alles nur Tricks, damit verloren gegangene User nun gezwungen werden sollen, zum kostenpflichtigen Sphock.
Wie tief kann man nicht noch sinken, bei so manipulativen Tricks?
Ich komme nicht wieder. hört auf mich zu belästigen. Ich installiere die App nicht erneut.
Angeblich geht der Newsletter nur in der App abbestellen?
Mega dubios, dass es nur dort geht?
Ein Fall für den Datenschutz.
Und nein, in der E-mail ist kein abmelde Button.
War aber klar, dass sie das Gegenteil behaupten.

Came to list a advert which was previously free to do.
They are now charging monthly fee no thank you!
There are plenty of other free apps to use that don't charge

Nice Lady I do most through ebay I have used spoke for many years but there are certain buys that I go to shpock, the checkout is strange. PayPal seems to be the way to go. I qualfied this with shpock, quick and sysinct reply. Great deal, the lady had a problem with pricing delivery, and made a mistake, she did not use online royal mail, but went to the counter, mistake 😳 I made up difference. The last time I used them I got ripped off. Shpock refunded me, the price was way to cheap. So it's a good company but all sorts can happen with communication. A rustic experience, but fun. Ebay is very slick. Great deal, always felt safe. Recommend it 👌 but it's a little different, Thanks again shpock, happy trading!!!

No longer the best I tried paying to…
No longer the best I tried paying to see if I could get selling my item but it’s not came it’s rubbish hardly any adverts since subscription l. Plus an advert says to activate I did and put card details in and it stole money it was actually a scamming advert. Be careful I would use an alternative because Shpock is not very good now.

Anscheinend habe ich seriöse Verkäufer gefunden, denn ich habe die Waren erhalten, was anscheinend aufgrund der „Lücken“bei SHPOCK möglich ist Käufer zu betrügen ! Schenkt auch ein Grund zu sein, das diese Plattform eher ein Schneewittchen Dasein fristet !! Vielleicht sollte man wie bei einem Mitbewerber „PAYLIVERY“ für Verkäufer anbieten !! Mir is bewusst das jetzt als Antwort einige Standard Floskeln kommen, und eh nix passiert ! ! Jedenfalls ist beim Mitbewerber Willh…. dadurch auch lukrativer zu kaufen !
