Wont Use Again
Had to give a rating, if it was up to us we would not have even given them one star. Called left message needing to reschedule for the next day , they came anyways 1st thing in the morning and picked up. We were not ready and will not use them/ or refer them to anyone. Next purge we will be using someone else who is quick to communicate and keep in touch. We asked to reschedule for a reason and didn't like they don't check before sending drivers out. Called them to tell them the 2 extra containers the driver left we will not be using , they called back stating they will pick them up in a week! Wish we wouldn't have called this company in the first place. We will not make that mistake again.

Doing business with unreliable companies.
Shred Nation was professional and prompt, however they are doing business with companies that are not reliable. I was informed that someone would contact me to schedule a time whom I have never heard from.

I apologize that our local provider didn't fulfill their end of our process. We let customers know that a secure, local document destruction provider will be in touch to schedule your shredding - usually within the next business day. In your situation, the length of time is agreeably unacceptable. I have personally reached out to the local provider to expedite this process and I let them know that you are understandably perturbed by their inaction. They have been with us since 2010 and are usually extremely reliable. If you are not contacted promptly, please let me know so I can find another solution for you today. They answered my call almost immediately, man arrived about 15 min. after he said he would be here. He called ahead of time to say he was running behind, and would be with us in 10 to 15 minutes. Exactly on time. Efficient, easy, responsible and much appreciated. Thank you.

Lisa was thoughtful, knowledgeable and tried hard to help. The fact that we live way out in the country made it impossible to connect - but that's not her fault. Would definitely work with ProShred if i lived in their trading area.

I was very pleased with Shredox. I was told that they would be here at a certain time and was pleased that the came exactly at the time I was told. The young man who came was very polite and very professional. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone that needs this service.

Outstanding way to find a good Shredding Company in your price range
I am extremely impressed! I filled out an internet form to find a shredding company in my area that's reasonable. I had already left a message with Shred It, probably the largest shredder around, but they NEVER responded. So I tried Shred Nations. I filled out the form last night, received a call from Shred Nations early the next morning, was told I could have a shred truck at my house quickly for a nominal price in my opinion for the amount I had to shred. Within an hour I received a call from a reputable shredding company who said they could be at my today! I grabbed it and the shredding is complete, all less that 24 hours from my first contact with Shred Nations. Thanks for a great experience.
