Shrubbs Plant Supports Avis 

Always a positive experience dealing with Shrubbs Plant Supports. The straight edged supports are keeping a salvia from taking over the doorstep and keeping Crocosima Lucifer from smothering other plants.
This is the 4th Peonies/Rose support I have bought and are superb at supporting roses in a windy spot.
Brilliant supports take time to make so not a speedy transaction, allow 14 working days.

I've used Shrubbs before and was really happy with my order so I reordered a month ago. I received an email acknowledging my.purchase and the money left my bank account but so far, no order. The phone goes to answerphone and the email has been ignored. 2 stars given for previous happy experience but otherwise, I'd recommend using a different company.

Great product, really strong and sturdy. But delivery time was slow, and there was no communication back, regarding my query on timing. Also I have the hoops for about 5-6 weeks, and yesterday I was notified that my order was on it's way. Sorry guys I am sure you very busy, which you deserve to be.

Slower than usual delivery, but this was down to a an unanticipated famiky issue for which Shrubbs apologised. The peony support we ordered arrived with the usual excellent packaging and is robust and good looking. I am confident it will give many years of garden service.

The supports were good quality but took far too long to come. My plant had grown too large to use this season and I would have possibly damaged the plant if I forced the support around it by the time the support came. I didn’t get much update either from the company as to why they were taking so long or when they were to arrive.

My order took over a month to be delivered. Part of the obelisk, Rain catcher Finial, was bent on arrival.

This is my second obelisk from Shrubbs. Sturdy and well made. The first looks good with a deliberate rusty look. I have jasmine on both.
Delivery could be better; they placed the box on my plants that spill onto the path to my door, and managed to bend one leg a little, which i fixed myself.
