The chairs are built cheap and flimsy. Customers are tripping over the leg rest.
..if they were giving them away for free I would not take them. I had to order 2 other chairs from a different company.. the dayvthat these chairs arrived.

My hairdresser just fell and broke her…
My hairdresser just fell and broke her wrist...I am in NEED of a perm and decided to do it myself. I am 75 but my mother and I gave each other perms. The home perm is disappearing from public use. Tomorrows project is my perm. I received it quickly, though packaging was a bit disheveled. It is fine.

No foam
No matter what I do, I cannot make it foam. It only comes out runny. I have the mitt to spread it on but it is still very messy. I do like the color.

Delivery was great except it arrived on a semi truck! This was a residential delivery and I asked the freight carrier specifically if it would be a smaller truck and was told yes. That should be discussed with the customer. The Headspa bed comes with nothing for instructions on how to set the plumbing up, or the use of the bed.

Bed arrived the wrong color and…
Bed arrived the wrong color and requested an email back to address the wrong shipment and they just ignored me as other reviews have stated. Not much care into the company overall, as they don’t care about their high paying customers. Definitely will go through other companies next time!

Horrible they send a broken Head Spa…
Horrible they send a broken Head Spa pillow and they tell me that it’s not broken and they make me pay for a return shipping label when it’s not my fault that they sent a broken item. They should provide the label very cheap products. Won’t be buying anything from here again.
