I have emailed SH Salon multiple times since I received the order. I only received one item although I ordered and paid for two items. I still have not had any response from the company. I asked for a full refund because the item I received didn't fit. The return instructions on their website specifically say to email prior to submitting a return to get approval for a return or else it will not be accepted. I guess if they ignore customers they never have to issue a refund. This company is very shady. I'm very frustrated with their lack of communication.

Excellent products and service. I was overjoyed to have found this place.they sell Oyster color to the public whereas everywhere else you need a professional license. I’m truly grateful because it saves me at least a thousand per year in salon costs. I received my order very fast and packaged well. Great place to do business with. Highly recommend them.

I didn't know ordering salon quality hair coloring products online was possible! (I'm not a working professional in the business.) My order was delivered the next day. That's amazing service!!! I'm onboard!!!

Went from 3 $6 products purchased to my card being charged almost $100

I just discovered that you all are selling my email information... the only way I can opt out from your insidious actions is if I live in california..... I would have used a different email if I had known you all were going to sell my info!!!!! NOT COOL SH SALONS !!!! I don't know which of these junk/spam/phishing emails came from your profit of selling my info, but I think everyone you all do business with need to know your underhanded practices. I don't live in california, but I still don't want my information sold to anyone !!!! and I can't get into my account to change my email.---- You all need to check out your own website that very clearly has a link to opt out of selling our information... You all should take another look over your website.

Azi is hands down the best! She listens, does the best color I’ve ever had and will only come back to her. She cares about the health of my hair and works so well with me helping me get exactly what I wanted. I always leave her chair happy and with gorgeous and healthy hair.

I have ordered the “original formula” Sebastian hairspray from several places and ALWAYS gotten the new formula without the gold stamp-even though that’s what they advertised. However, SH was the first place to ship the proper product and in a timely fashion!
