Shurgard Lundav. Incriminating me
No one should misunderstand me, the service I think is good and the ladies are wonderful, because the are just doing their job, but my warning to everyone who is reading their message, should be careful paying money for them because I had same payment issues, I mistakenly paid money to them and getting my 3871 kr back up til now I have not received it , when ever I call the department is in Belgium so they will pay they say, it only take 3 working day to transfer money within Sweden, over a month now I have not received the money, this incriminating customer, bad management.
But listen the workers over there are the most great workers and I hope this company pay them good. Just do everyone be careful when transferring money to them, even my own it was not them I was going to pay because I don’t own them any bills.
Please Shurgard pay my money . I have now reported to the police too

Har bara gott att säga om Shurgard hittills. Smidigt att boka förråd, lättillgängligt på plats, lätt att komma i kontakt med personalen vid frågor!

Det var oerhört smidigt att ta sig till…
Det var oerhört smidigt att ta sig till förrådet där allting redan var förberett. Rullvagnar fanns att få tag på och karta över byggnaden fanns tillgänglig så att man hittade till sitt förråd. En liten nackdel var att portarna stängdes väldigt fort medans man lastade vagnarna vilket bidrog till att man fick öppna porten med koden väldigt många gånger. Nästa gång ska jag använda appen istället för att göra den biten smidigare.

Vi hyrde ett 4,5 kvm förråd på markplan via nätet som visade sig vara 3,8 kvm! Vi fick lägga en hel timmes värdefull flyttid på att prova ut nytt förråd (bara lediga på källarplan) och skriva nytt kontrakt. En tidsödande uppgift eftersom närvarande personal saknade befogenhet. Detta krävde dessutom att jag fick åka till Surgard en gång till för att skriva under avtalet en gång till. Ovanpå detta upptäckte jag att Shurgard dragit 1250 kr från mitt kort för det ”nya” förrådet! Dessa pengar betalas inte tillbaka utan ska dras mot kommande fakturor!
