I am very disappointed with the customer service
I am very disappointed with the customer service from shurgard Rotterdam Stadionweg, the door that gives access to all the storage is damaged (it doesn't hold) since 2 weeks ago. I informed them at the time , because it is extremely difficult for me to take my motorcycle without the door being open. The motorcycle weighs 210kg and the corners of the hallway are small. Today I called and complained because they haven't fixed it, a worker came with his ego in the sky with an attitude as if I was the one wrong there, instead of help or try to solve the problem like was not a big deal and told me that I could go to a door in the other side were i had to go through more 3 small corners with a 210kg motor, they don't care about any customer, they don't care if your motorcycle is heavy. Keep in mind that I don't keep the motorbike there for favors, I pay for that and I hope your employers have some respect and care about all the customers.Especially this employee who instead to help showed the opposite.Sometimes if we dont like what we do we should look for another job.

Tevreden!
Makkelijk, blot, betaalbaar. Enige nadeel is dat het opzeggen echt per mail moet, en niet gelijk aan de telefoon of balie kan.

Alleen bij uitgang had een klant het geblokkeerd met een truch en deur bleef open, dus weet niet of uitloggen gelukt is.

Fijne opslagruimte
Nieuwe locatie is goed gelegen. Boxen zijn goed bereikbaar en de vochtigheid wordt gecontroleerd. De medewerkers zijn daarnaast erg behulpzaam en leuk.

Snel en duidelijk
Op de site is het heel makkelijk je ruimte te bepalen met de calculator. De box is ook snel te boeken, prima en duidelijke site.
Dames bij de receptie echt super vriendelijk en heel duidelijke uitleg hoe alles werkt. De dame die ons hielp verdient een 10!
