Tyckte det va knäppt att när vi…
Tyckte det va knäppt att när vi flyttade våra saker o vi såg inte att kl va 22.20 så vi tröck in koden o sen såg vi att det va kl 22 den stängde... Dagen efter får ja meddelande, Ni va o tröck koden efter 22 om det händer igen bla bla bla... Det va ju lite överdrivet... Om vi ville in så skulle ha kört in bilen genom grinden o då kan man skicka ett sånt meddelande, inte för att man tröck in koden... Tycker inte ni att det va lite löjligt o säkert skickar ni det till alla som trycker in koden efter 22

Det gick snabbt att få ett förråd redo
Det gick snabbt att få ett förråd redo, jag fick ett mail efter en kort stund att det var klart och sen var det bara att åka dit med grejerna. Anläggningen känns säker och ser ren och prydlig ut.

A very smooth experience
I booked my self-storage on very short notice (same day) and it all worked perfectly, including a very helpful phone call with a friendly and competent staff member on site. The confirmation email and the description of how to access the unit was complete and accurate and it all worked exactly as described.
The location is very central and easily accessible.
I have to point out that I chose this service mainly because it was the only I could find in Stockholm that did not require a bank ID but could be booked with a credit card, so it was actually accessible to someone new in Sweden. :)

Okej förråd - trånga passager
Förrådet och logistiken är okej. Däremot är gångarna oerhört trånga, det är svårt att ta sig igenom vindlingarna med fullastad vagn. Dessutom har det hänt flera gånger att vagnarna är slut, så man får vänta på en ledig.

Många platser har tillgång så du kan köra ditt fordon direkt in till förråden och parkera utanför för att underlätta vid lastning och lossning. Vi erbjuder också förråd som är direkt tillgängliga med bil eller lastbil. Dessa ligger på bottenvåningen, ofta på utsidan av lokalerna så att du kan parkera ditt fordon framför ditt förråd. Vi har vagnar som står till våra kunders förfogande för att göra på- och avlastning så enkel som möjligt. Under hög belastning kan efterfrågan dock överstiga antalet tillgängliga vagnar. Vi ber om ursäkt för eventuellt besvär detta kan ha orsakat och kommer se över antalet vagnar på din anläggning.
