10/10 service from Matt and his team. The service, quality and price were all fantastic. I have had the shutters in now for over a year and they are holding out phenomenally. They look as they did when they were first installed. Matt is also a great guy which makes the whole process run so effortlessly.

Matt came out to measure up and gave us a price which was better than previous company's, there was no hard sell, after thinking about it for a few days decided to go with Matt, he rang when the shutters were ready and turned up on time with Dan and they have done a excellent job the shutters look fabulous on a 6 window bay and a back window, there was no mess and they removed all packaging, they are both very knowledgeable and pleasant guys, would definitely recommend, would use them again in a heartbeat.

We'd been looking for some shutters for quite some time, & after reading the Trustpilot reviews, we were so impressed we decided to get in touch with Shuttercraft & were not disappointed.
After speaking with a delightful Matt on the phone, we arranged a home visit.
When he arrived, he was warm, friendly & professional, & it was like we had known him for years!
He took the time to explain everything, answering our queries & going through the various options, with nothing being too much trouble.
There was no pressure, & no hard sell, just genuine customer care, with Matt being a splendid Ambassador for the company firmament.
The price quoted was excellent, & we placed our order a few days later by calling back.
We were kept informed every step of the way, & chose an installation date that was suitable.
When Matt promptly arrived, he was accompanied by his colleague Dan, who like him, demonstrated the same exemplary, caring, friendly & courteous attitude.
The craftsmanship was extraordinary, & their attention to detail second to none, cleaning as they went along.
Upon completion, they explained how everything worked, & gave us a demonstration, & to contact them should we have any questions or issues.
I can only describe our experience as perfection, & Matt was absolutely beaming with pride, & rightly so.
5 stars just isn't enough.

I looked around and got quotes from various companies and of course one of those was shutter craft.
I was immediately impressed by the professionalism of Matt who showed me styles and functions of the shutters.
I ordered and had a date set, but I had to change the date due to unforeseen circumstances. There was no drama or problem with the change which, again, showed what a cool company they are.
On the day both Matt and Dan turned up as arranged timewise, and commenced fitting.
The job itself was done with patience and skill and completed within the estimated time.
Overall I can't heap enough praise on these guys!
Totally professional and excellent product too. Not sub standard like some I saw and well worth the price, which incidentally, was not as much as some of the quotes!
If you want shutters there's only one place to go!

Matt and Dan are so passionate about what they do, from start to finish such a professional Job, and my bay window shutters look stunning so elegant, highly recommended will certainly go with them again.

From the initial appointment at home, Matt was very friendly, knowledgable, and gave us advice and recommendations in a no-pressure environment, unlike some other big name companies who also came to give a quote. At the fitting appointment, the team were efficient and very kindly refitted our Dado/Picture rails around the shutters. We ordered a custom built 2 meter high 4 panel sliding door shutter system from Matt at the Doncaster branch. Matt's knowledge and customer service is second to none. The whole experience from start to finish was faultless. The product, service and installation were all superb. These shutters have certainly enhanced the look and feel of our conservatory. We will certainly be ordering more shutters from Shuttercraft in the future for other rooms in our home.
