Fantastic service from the initial visit to the fitting of my bay shutters. Jim was exceptionally helpful & explained everything. Clean, tidy workmanship. Would score higher if I could. I am so delighted with my shutters & will definitely be ordering again.

I contacted 3 different companies and…
I contacted 3 different companies and the difference in price range was huge. Shuttercraft were 50% cheaper than one and 30% than the next competitor. They came when they said they would on time and informative and on installation provided a world class customer service. I am delighted with the product and installation and couldn’t recommend Jim and Logan highly enough.

Fantastic shutters
Jim and Logan were very tidy and professional. Excellent work. Shutters fitted in very old building with really high windows. They look fantastic. Finish is exceptional. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Second order and definitely the best
this was my second order from shuttercraft and i can say there customer service remains 5star. Jim arrived on time and again made sure the shutters were fitted and the room cleaned after wards. If i had more windows i would definitely get shutters from Jim.

Excellent service and a pleasure to deal with.
This is my second set of Shutters and again Jim did a wonderful job. The shutters are very good quality and easy to operate. Cleaning is so much better than Venetian Blinds. They do keep the heat in and I have noticed a reduction in my fuel bill since I installed the first shutters in November last year. I highly recommend this company.

Very knowledgeable and reasonable
Very friendly, reasonably priced, respectful and knowledgeable. Fitted two shutters for bay windows and I am delighted with the result. I was kept informed throughout and everything left clean and tidy with a demonstration on how to operate. I have no hesitation in recommending.
