Shuttercraft - Telford Avis 53

Had mine a couple of years now and love them. They keep the cold out in winter and the heat out in the summer plus privacy is great throughout the year. Can’t remember dates I had them done but it’s made me out something. Personal service start to finish.

Well I have had more shutters from Tony who came out measured and worked out the problems I had with the floor in this old house ,Sam arrived to fit them yesterday worked so hard to get them just so can't thank them enough their attention to detail is superb fantastic

Great service from Tony & his fitter (apologies I’ve forgotten his name). When shutters were fitted we were about to have our en-suite remodelled. Tony said he would do a temporary fit then come back one the en-suite was finished to fit permanently. True to word he did even though it was a lot later than expected

Excellent quality shutters at a cost effective price.

We had our shutters designed and installed by Shuttercraft Telford, after having a very well known national company quote, who quite frankly wasted ours and their time, we asked Shuttercraft to quote, Tony came he measured the angle s of the window explained the whole process and gave a honest and realistic delivery date which he actually beat by 4 weeks. These are not a cheap product to be fitted but Shuttercrafts product is value for money also a 1/3rd cheaper than the previous quotation !!!!!!! the guy who installed the product was excellent we had just had the one room decorated and to be honest I expected to do some touching up.... not needed he was friendly and nothing seemed to much trouble. An excellent job all round.Would recommend this company without hesitation.

Thank you Shuttercraft, we are delighted with every aspect of our experience of working with you from the initial meeting and advice given to the final installation of the shutters. The installation went very well, all packaging was removed and hoovered and left very tidy, care was taken over our recently completed decorations and new carpeting and we were left with 6 Nr bright, and immaculate looking shutters which included a bay window and a curved headed window. First class experience from start to finish. Tony came to see us and talked us through various options, was honest about lead times (they arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected) and then fitted the shutters with minimal fuss. Would highly recommend and will definitely use him again.
