Socks look good quality,quick enough shipping all good happy chappy

I ordered socks on April 1st. It's May 16th and I have no socks. No one picks up the phone. No one responds to my attempts to connect through the "Contact" feature on the website. No one responds to my requests through social media. Just nothing. SHOP app says it's "waiting for details" - utterly disappointing.

The socks I ordered have never arrived. I am so disappointed. I am still hopeful that they may turn up but it is not looking likely after two months of waiting. What a waste of my money!!

love the socks, unfortunately the delivery to Germany was not easy.

Still waiting for the delivery. It‘s January 25th and I ordered a month ago.

Delivery failed to arrive in time for Christmas as expected. Promise of refund never happened. Eventually arrived 31st Dec damaged

Order slightly late , no contact made by company, but great product

I still haven’t received my order and it’s well past Christmas. Very disappointed. I have been sent this review asking me am I happy. Very disappointing.

I placed the order 9th novenber 2025 as I knew this time of year parcels can get delayed, I still hadn't received the parcel 27th november, emailed them via the contact us form plus emailed them direct had zero reply at all, eventually went through the process of doing a chargeback with the bank, sic sock then contacted me with a cheeky email calling me a fraudster. They eventually sent me a picture of the delivery which was delivered 13th november and had been outside my property the whole time. Had they bothered to either email me when I had first contacted to chase or even sent me a tracking number this whole saga would not have happened. Based in being called a fraudster I would not recommend these at all. The emails I have eventually received from them are cheeky and insulting and I have literally only had contact after having to take chargeback action via my bank. Shame as when ive eventually got the package the socks actually look pretty decent. Fortunately they are not damaged even though they have been outdoors for a month. If I could have gave a zero I would have based on the pure lack of customer service. I have waited to leave a review as I wanted this delivery issue resolved.

My order was delayed in the post by 18 days,I contacted Sicsock to make them aware that I had not received my order,they replied back every time and assured me the order had been dispatched...they even refunded my payment,a couple of days later my order did arrive with Royal mail.My order was delayed due to Royal mails terrible delivery system...this order was tracked,but wasn't scanned into the system... probably so it couldn't be tracked and was probably laying in a pile of back logged deliveries...so please don't blame this business for delays,after reading reviews I jumped to the same conclusion of blaming the company...but I was so wrong.

Ordered 2 boxes of socks but only one was delivered.
Customer service made all the right noises saying they’d redispatch the missing items. This was over 3 weeks ago and nothing has been received.
Been emailing with no response. Ended up raising a claim with my bank.
Avoid!!!

Order still be processed 2 weeks after ordering with no reply to emails. They are socks for gods sake, put them in a bag, put a stamp on it and post it.

Sadly Royal Mail managed to lose my delivery - contacted Sicsoc who immediately put things right and re dispatched my order - delighted with order and in time to be given as present in time for Christmas Thank you!!

Ordered 20th November, it is now over 2 weeks and not received
