In my opinion sidekick tools is the way to automate your reselling business. There is much more activity on my account resulting in increased sales with less work from me. There are different price points which is nice, you pick the package that works for you. I was hesitant at first because my business is small. But the resulting sales from using the app more than pays for itself

I have been with Sidekick Tools for more than two years.In that time they added so many new features.It's almost like having a personal assistant.I can do so much with it,like listing, optimizing , cross list,AI models and much more.The best for me is BOLO when I can check the price of things I want to buy and decide if it worth it.

Poshmark sidekick stole money out of my account and I have contacted them and they have never returned my call they were not allowed to fraud me I do not work any selling apps I have cancer and I need all my money please give it back it was theft I am reporting you to my local police and business bureau and my bank

- information regarding sales disappears - need to reboot, uninstall, etc.
- relisting is great but it does NOT go back to original selling price. This is one of the primary reasons to relist.
- setting up offer to likers and bundle offers does not work consistently; especially the exceptions
- New update - omgosh! Auction and shares not working for days. Shares don't match PM shares report.
- Note the auction feature is a great idea as many of the features are but if you try to interact when having an auction, it will not work as it should. Why have keywords to pull you into a show if, when you do, you may not interact with it. Someone wins an auction has never worked, all notifications come thru poshmark not sidekick. I gather they don't want us in the auction so we don't know we are being scammed because it's not moving.
- Auctions continuously stopped responding and people leave the auction which is costly and frustrating for the seller. I constantly get messages from people saying "do you know your auction is staying on the same item and not moving "
- Customer service constantly replies with standard responses and nothing is ever fixed! They will tell you that it has been sent to technical support and you never hear anything again nor is it fixed.
- Over a year with this app, I quit using the first time because there was constant problems. Came back several months ago and again constant problems that are never resolved.

Be Careful. I purchased an Echo muscle scraper as a gift. I purchased it and made the service person aware that i would be giving it as a gift at christmas. When the person didnt want it I tried to return it and was told that it was not eligible for return and there was nothing they could do for me. What???? Very sad and poor customer service for a product that costs a lot of money. Shame on you Sidekicktool.
