I've been critical but honest about my experiences with other casinos on here. I was a little skeptical of this place at first because of the reviews but wanted to form my own. They were extremely helpful and timely with the issues I had during the verification steps. I hit for a decent little chunk, claimed my withdraw. They said probably 5 business days but just got the confirmation on the second day it'll be here in the morning.

Update: my account got flagged. Was 100% my fault. So I started going back and forth over email. It ended up getting escalated to a woman named Reagan. I explained everything, was honest, and she was willing to go through with everything. 👍👍

Blackjack is honestly hilarious, you can watch the dealer pull shit ive never seen at casinos. Doubles always bring a comically low card out, and the algorithm figures out how you play pretty fast, so it knows how to beat you. Honestly give your money to charity before feeding this unplayable site.

Absolute garbage

The customer service is prompt and diligent the redemptions time varies but 95% of the time I claimed a redemption it was within a few hours or the next day in the early morning. I'm speaking from my own honest experience and I have cashed out at the most 350.00 and I have cashed out a hundred to 150. 00 multiple times I have no complaints except the glitch they have with the push to card service that was down but customer service showed me the other venues for redemptions

I haven't heard from them I put in a request to redeem on the 15th so maybe I hear something soon until then I'll change my ratings

My first redeem went by fast The second redeem they told me one to three business days I am at the end of day three and still being told that my redeem is still in process It does not take this long to give somebody a redeem I was happy with the first payout redeemed this time is ridiculous I have my own money put into this and would like my winnings instead of being pushed around telling me the same thing over and over

I’m hoping I can change my review to a five star rating here soon but being that there not making good on my redemption which is crazy because just a month prior I had a $700 redeem where they basically waited out till finally I just said screw it and I played through it just to finally win $100 again and have them tell me that there’s something going on with their redemption and that they’re working adamantly on it with no in in sight apparently because they didn’t tell me yeah it should be resolved within the next few hours or whatever and just coincidentally that it happened again. The thing that I’d say moose sucks about this casino is that it has the best games and a very good user experience in terms of gaming. The only issue I have with him is their redemption.

It’s crazy seeing that this casino has such a low rating. I had no clue it was this low. This is 1 of 8 casinos that I go to. This one I’ve won and redeemed multiple times with no problem. I even took their $1 daily bonus and turned it to $150 then cashed out. Money hit my bank in 2 days. That’s really the main reason why I keep coming back. I’ve won and redeemed multiple times after that. But I didn’t know this casinos rating sucks! That’s crazy. But I seem to have pretty good luck with these guys so that rating is not going to push me away.

Not sure what everyone elses issues have been to rate so low but personally ive had no issues thru 15 redemptions over 30days. Ive gotten them all around 24-26hours. Games seem fair, love the place personally.

Redemptions are less then a week and its the only place I have found the claw buster games and they are my new favorite. Support actually responds too so I like it here.

I been playing here for about 8 months and made a few purchases but finally was able to redeem on Saturday(2 days ago) for $750. I know most places don't pay on the weekend but it was at 1235am Monday that I got the email saying my redemption was processed. I look at my debit card and the funds were there. I only play at sites that pay quickly and this site did that.

YIKES whoever is running this site is a scammer it’s that simple. Luckily I was paid out yesterday and every time before, but this morning I pretty much received an email stating my redeem will be canceled and my account deactivated because I won too much and haven’t spent enough time on the site, apparently winning and leaving is "too professional" and isn’t allowed. LOL what a circus, I told them I’ll never use the site again and also reminded them that they already sent me my redeem before threatening to take it away. Stay away from these incompetent idiots running this website.

I had consistently terrible results when playing with Swepcoins, but oddly great results when switching to Gold Coins. That shouldn’t happen in a fair system.
Support didn’t deny it or explain anything—they just closed my account after I raised the issue.

This is literally one of my favorite sweepstakes casinos I have used them for months with no issues, and one day looked at their score on trustpilot and couldn't believe how low it was. I can't speak to anyone else's experience but this site has good bonuses, great UI and only 2 or 3 day redemption periods (from my experience).

** UPDATE , i had to add that on my second time playing, i bought another small package and already redeeming another hundred bucks ! **I am truly impressed. After reading all the negative reviews i was worried. I signed up yesterday and got a $9 package for 25 sc. an hour later and im cashing out for $100 to my debit card. I recieved my money already ! So they must have drastically improved since the bad reviews.
