The service, knowledge and expertise were great

I was very impressed with the quality of service from initial advice to collection and fitting of my new road bike. I cannot recommend Sigma in Letchworth enough for getting me back on my bike.

Really pleased with the service. Alex and the team were brilliant in sorting out my new bike through the Cycle to Work scheme. Smooth experience from start to finish.

Good directions to the store. Parking beside shop - excellent as I was tight for time and parking in Letchworth is like gold dust! The young lady on the upper floor, Kristina, set up all informatiom for me on bib shorts. I have only had shorts before and this was continued by a passing manager who I spoke to earlier on the phone.
Excellent service. I shall be back.

Great experience today in Letchworth tooth Robin and Leon. Getting sized up and set up for a new TT bike and nothing was too much trouble. Exactly how bike sales and customer focus should be.

Sam in the Letchworth store was very helpful with choosing my new saddle and with looking at different options for new bikes. He gave me lots of time and opportunity to ask questions and to try different geometry set ups so I can make an informed decision. I also didn't feel pressured to buy a bike immediately as he understood it's a big decision to make. The no pressure, helpful approach makes me far more likely to buy from Sigma Sports in the future although please open a store near Southampton!

I booked a tyre change a couple of days earlier however when I arrived at the store they seemed a little confused. Eventually I bought new tyres and paid for a tyre swap on my bike and told it was all done with no questions asked. I went for a bike ride 2 days later and 20mins in a 40k ride I realised the tyres were practically empty which left me frustrated. This ruined my ride. The store team were nice hence the 3 star but this little oversight has ruined my experience on this occasion. I would never go to a garage and change the tyre on my car and they wouldn’t put air in it so I expected that as a standard service here.

Sam was very helpful today, he could answer all my questions, to help me to decide which bicycle to purchase.

Ralph was great, contacting me before bike arrived, double checking sizing etc.

Great people at the letchworth store, everyone is super attentive, i had a few mechanical problems which they helped me to fix … the only but is that i wish the bikes were a bit cheaper!
