Your shop is wonderful - the way you display the bikes makes it look like a bike gallery. They look like works of art.

Absolutely fantastic service from Leon at the Letchworth branch. I turned up without an appointment to check out a couple of bikes and I was soon on the rollers trying some out! Booked to come in the next day and his help, advice and knowledge made it more than worthwhile. Just picked up my new bike and again Leon gave me everything I needed and more to leave the store with my new bike set and ready to go. Nothing was too much trouble throughout. Could not recommend more highly, the value of having a real specialist bike shop you can visit and get expert help was shown by the whole experience. Thanks Leon!

Amazing service, efficiency and repairs!

I had a bike fit at Sigma Sports and I couldn’t be more complimentary if I tried. From the moment you walk through the door, you are looked after superbly. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and every piece of kit you could imagine.

My bike fit was also excellent, Wei and Carolyn walked me through it step by step, and the 3 hour session passed in the blink of an eye.

We discussed the issues I was having on the bike, the type of riding and rider I want to be and then made steps to put me in the right position and the difference was noticeable right away. Really insightful and enjoyable experience and the feeling of being able to enjoy my bike even more can’t be beat.

Robin was great, took the time to explore and scope out my requirements - a man who had not bought a bike in 15 years and was launching into the unknown. Time, patience and expertise cemented in great delivery I was riding a couple of days later with a big smile on my face.

Attended a bike fit at the Letchworth store by Wei and Carolyn. The issues I was having were quickly identified and good solutions were found. Everything was well explained throughout, such as the logic behind changes and what I should be looking out for. The photos, videos and fit documents are all very detailed and useful, with practicable advice and tips. Overall, it was a friendly environment and a very informative fit at a reasonable cost.

Great knowledge and experience

The showroom presented the bikes well and the information on each bike was easy to read , Kristina was very helpful and was able to give me in-depth details on my preferred bike and was then able to size my bike perfectly, I was also able to add new wheels to the bike and was informed when the bike would be ready for collection. On collection the bike was displayed perfectly and had been assembled with care , Kristina did the final adjustment on the saddle height and added some bottle cages and a saddle bag , the bike was complete and ready to go . All of my invoices were seen to my email straight away ,

Great product, great value, excellent service

Excellent service, I had ordered lots of tri suits as I wasn’t sure which one would be right. Did this on the website and paid a deposit for them to be delivered to the shop in Letchworth. The lady at Sigma was so helpful checking the fit of each one I tried on really knowledgeable about what works on endurance tri and what doesn’t. This helped me a great deal as sometimes you just need someone that has that knowledge. Would highly recommend and will make this a go to shop for my Tri clothing and equipment!! Thanks Sigma!
