It was simple to install and works a treat, I could hardly get a bar of single in the house, with this I get 4 bars (My Samsung only has 4 bars.) it works that well my neighbour gets 4 bars on their phones as well!!!
Just a piece of advice, I purchased the Pro mobile booster voice and 4G LTE, and the cable connections/fitting that are fixed to the cables are 20mm diameter, I drilled 25mm holes through my brick walls!

The delivery was very slow hence 4 star. Other wise the booster is working well after we moved the two antennas 15 metres apart (this could be made more important early in the instructions).
I now get 4G inside without using WiFi.
My wife now gets 4G instead of just 2G if she was lucky, which has made her calls more reliable.

Technical support from George is excellent.
I recommend checking the location of your cell towers and what bands are transmitted. The initial 4g booster I purchased (the popular one £359) wasn't suitable. George recommended a model from Australia operating on 700/1800 frequency that worked. One star off for longish delivery times.

The company responded to my queries about how to get a signal booster working up in the bog, and probably did about as much as they could without helicoptering up to County Clare.

I purchased the signal booster to improve my Vodafone phone performance at my caravan in Cumbria. Installing the unit was straight forward but fine tune, to obtain the best performance was a little tricky but the technical support was excellent. They even produced a video to explain how to adjust the signal gain.
Very satisfied with the product and would recommend Signal Hero for their dedicated technical support.

George did everything possible to help, expediting the arrival of the equipment and being available to help resolve issues with signal strength. After deciding the available signal strength was too weak to be boosted with the equipment I had ordered, I was offered a more powerful alternative. When I decided not to go ahead and returned the equipment I received a prompt refund.

Signal hero provided support and recommendations throughout. When I ordered the booster they advised me of delay and kept in touch.
I received the signal booster last week. It was well packaged and came with all cables, fittings and instructions. A local TV aerial company (K B aerials) fitted the external aerial, and the booster is now set up and running. Before in the cellar we had no signal and could not make or receive calls, now I have a strong signal on O2 and 3 is also improved (the masts were different directions so not ideal). We can make phone calls, good quality, Many thanks!

Delivery time was a bit long, but it was worth the wait. The system was easy to install and it works perfectly! I am finally able to speak to people on a normal voice call inside my studio again, which is wonderful!

The website is easy to use.
Resources to make a product choice are good for someone not knowing the tech very well.
Provide a personal check of your needs, to ensure you get the correct device.
Communication was prompt and clear, another product from the one I chose was recommended to improve my results, after looking at cell tower details in the area I was travelling.
I will add another review after using the cellular booster in Ernest.

I live an area that is challenged for mobile signal - I can get 1 bar occasionally on the 2nd floor (that's 3rd floor in US speak), and I needed a mobile signal for a Smart electric meter and Smart EV charger, both 4G signal connected, at the ground level in front of the house, to enable an economic EV charging tariff.

On 21st May I ordered what appeared to be the right answer (a dual band unit), and after the survey, was told I needed a more expensive model. I paid the extra, even though the unit didn't appear in the online catalogue, so had no technical specs (I'm an electronics engineer by academic training). When questioned, it was clear that the suggested more expensive unit was only single band. The required dual-band model was another cost. Signal Hero offered to upgrade me as long as I reviewed, so here we are.

The unit came (from China - I had thought I was dealing with UK, or European sales) and after taking my money I was told they were having 'supply issues', so instead of the 5-day delivery, mine took much longer - it didn't start out from China until 7th June, arriving here some 10 days later.

It arrived as just a box of pieces, with **NO INSTRUCTIONS** and no identifying labels of relevance on connectors (remember this unit is not on their website) or its LEDs (this unit has no display, unlike the one I specified)... but there was some instruction from the online website for other units.

However, what Signal Hero don't tell you is:
i) How to find best antenna alignment (to point at mobile cell tower) - **critical** for best signal.
ii) Best placement for indoor repeater antenna.
iii) That cables come pre-assembled with HUGE connectors, so if you have to go from outside to inside (as suggested), or between floors inside for the indoor antenna, you need to drill a HUGE hole to pass it through. 3 stories up this is not a 15 minute task, and routing it to minimise decorative damage, again non-trivial.
iv) That the unit runs HOT - its uncomfortable to touch hot (probably in excess of 60C case temperature) so needs to be well ventilated.

I have learned, by intuition, rather than instruction:
a) that one of the LEDs represents the received signal, and its intensity is a reflection of strength (one for each of the 2 bands in my case)...
b) that the second LED (for each band) indicates outgoing traffic (by flashing)

However, its impossible to see the indicators (on the unit) while attempting to align the outdoor antenna.

The 5 bar guarantee?... not even close. Aftyer installation I get 1 bar by the meter cabinet... which is **just** enough... largely down to judicious placement of the indoor antenna, which compromises signal elsewhere in the property. So, in my case, even with the signal booster, voice calls are not really possible anywhere, for that I have to still rely on WiFi calling. I can achieve some mobile data transfer though .. at a few (sometimes 10) kbps up and down!

Text is now possible.. but smart meter software updates (over 4G - well lets just say its taken 4 weeks for Octopus to get an update to my meter to allow it to connect, including 2 of those with my new installed signal booster.

So, well done Signal Hero for providing me with an off-catalogue (presumably more expensive) product that does do the minimum job... but overall not impressed with signal levels versus the claims.

Nowhere do I get 3 bars of signal even standing under the indoor antenna, let alone 5 bars.

The 15minutes installation time... must only apply if you are connecting all the equipment together in the same room!

After a WHOLE DAY of installation my house now looks like swiss cheese, and no matter how much tweaking of the (inaccessible) external antenna I try, I can't improve the resulting signal.

Signal Hero really need to build in some method of antenna alignment that can be used while installing the outdoor antenna.

They also need to be honest about delivery times and installation effort, given that my installation must be closer to the norm, as that's what they recommend.

I recognise that connector to cable mating is a vital signal attenuation area, but drilling holes in a house necessitates smaller connectors, both in terms of time and decorative damage.

I'm also unhappy with a non-weatherproof connector (requiring additional user supplied weatherproofing) being used to connect the external antenna to the external antenna cable, and the flying lead on the external antenna being too short for a drip loop forcing rain to be running toward the connector for at least some part of the exposed cable.

Hi, I eventually installed my mobile phone signal booster. i did have trouble identifying a 2nd black cord. I still don't know what it is. But my booster is working very well, thank you.

Signal worked hard and patiently to provide an effective solution.

I didn't hold out much hope to be honest.
I live in a wooded valley and can't get 3 (Three) in the house, and struggle to get one bar outside!

Enter 'Signal Hero' I found them after a Google search and after I saw all the positive reviews, thought I would give them a go.

Suffice to say I now have 8mbps indoors!

Sounds paltry I know, but I can do everything I need to do, stream iplayer and Netflix in HD, watch YouTube etc etc.

For the last two years I've been putting up with less than 1mbps down the phoneline!

I am very rural and at the end of a copper line shared by several other properties.

I thought Signal Hero was quite expensive, but if it worked, then I would be happy.

I had peace of mind that if I didn't get the results I needed, then I could return for a full refund within 30 days.

P.S. Unique to my situation, I mounted the outdoor receiver to a 3m pole attached to the chimney on the roof for best results. 👍

Always available by phone and responded via email in a timely manner. Product supplied was easy to install and worked perfectly.

Signal hero are great. Booster works fantastically need a replacement power aupply super responsive.

After waiting a little long for tracking on the parcel I contacted Customer support and George came to my rescue. Not only did he update me on why the parcel was delayed but on a daily basis kept me updated until the parcel arrived. Quality of the product is good and seems to do what it advertised it could do. Maybe a small crit is if your old school a printed manual would really be a nice touch . All in all I cannot fault Signal Booster service or product.
Also remember to measure and order the correct length Coaxial Cables or you might be sitting in the ceiling rather upset with yourself. :)

Great customer service although equipment was not in-store in UK but in China, so delivery was delayed for 1 week.
Equipment first-class and worked immediately, restoring a five-bar signal within my house.
