This little push fit coupler was a joy…
This little push fit coupler was a joy to fit, well manufactured and solid, I bought to replace a plastic threaded coupler which was useless. After receiving the new push fit coupler I had no issues with a permanent seal well worth the find. Thank you

I have looked into your order, it looks as though the order was despatched on the date you placed your order, we acknowledged 24/48 hr despatch. This went on a royal mail tracked 48hrs and I can see if was delivered on the 4th April.

Delayed Orders After Palcing Order & Paying
On the two ccassions I have ordered items both items deliveries were suddenly delayed even though the website stated both items were in stock. Paying the £4.95 for 24/48 hour delivery is a bit rich when first item was delayed 2-3 weeks nd the current item might be delivered in 5-7 days

I believe you have been in contact with our customer service regarding your order, and we explained to you that the £4.95 carriage is for orders below £25 which is displayed on our website, not for an express shipment, however, we have refunded this for you.
We also explained that we are in the middle of changing our stock indicators to fully explain lead times with stock coming from either Wera UK or Wera in Germany.
I am sorry that you have had a negative experience. We try to continuously improve our customers experience and hopefully should you give us another try, you will see an improvement and have a much better experience.

After putting in order and not getting item when stated contacted customer services and was very pleased with approach it was not there fault main supplier had promised a date and did not deliver the product has been received and is a good bit of kit

Their website stated an item was available to order and would be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Having placed an order and paid, I then was told the items were on back order for 2 to 3 weeks. To cut a long story short, 30days later the only updates were when I phoned them. Upshot was their website description of the item was misleading, which their Operations Director told me wasn’t their fault and I had to get a refund. BUYER BEWARE THEY SAT ON MY MONEY FOR A MONTH. DISGRACEFUL COMPANY. DO NOT USE

We fully acknowledge that our handling of your order was poor, and we have taken onboard customer feedback which has resulted in changes as to how our stock levels are displayed on the website.
We also acknowledged that the manufacturers descriptions we had used in our listings were misleading and we have taken steps to improve their accuracy.
We attempted to explain that items physically in stock with us were listed as ‘in stock’ and items not in stock with us, but in stock with the manufacturer, were listed as ‘available to order’. Unfortunately you ended the call before we could do this.
At no point did we state the inaccurate descriptions weren’t our fault, the moment we realised there was an issue we proactively rang all customers affected to try and address any confusion we had generated.
We would welcome the opportunity to try and improve your first impression.

Beware Delivery Costs at Checkout
Delivery costs will prevent me from using this company for small quantities again. On this occasion I didn't have any other option - delivery costs were disproportionate to the value of goods.

The £4.95 delivery charge is for a 24/48hr tracked service. We do offer free delivery on all orders over £25. This is displayed on our website. We offer a collection option too should our customers want to collect.
