Great for keto!

I'm a pretty heavy guy and work out a lot. I need to eat an insane amount of food to build muscle. Many great protein sources also contains some amount of carbs, which put together pushes me over the keto carb threshold. It's actually quite difficult to manage. I've tried Sigrid for a couple of months now and makes it much easier to stay in ketosis.

It also works perfectly on "cheat days". Like everyone else, I have weak moments, where I crave something I shouldn't eat. However you can't really cheat on keto, as this pushes your body out of ketosis. With Sigrid, I'm allowed to cheat a bit and still stay below 50 g carbs/day. 😃

Overall I feel great with the help of this product. I don't get the energy dips common after meals; I feel fuller för longer, my head is much clearer and I'm full of energy.

If you do not have much time, please read my review. I am a highly critical person and do not spend much time reading nor writing reviews :). But exceptions have to be made.

The product SiPore works by balancing out your “blood sugar” after a meal which brings many health benefits. Without the post meal spike, you will feel “satisfied” longer, have more energy, and most likely also have to eat smaller portions or snack less. Most products you read about do not work, but wow, you can feel SiPore working and the scientific results are there to back it up.

Now, where does that leave me after 3-4 months of using the product. It really transformed my levels of energy during the day. I am less bloated, no post meal energy dip, I snack less and actually my diet changed and has become much healthier. This has resulted in me losing 8-9 kilo in weight (yes, in fact it is probably more by now), getting back to regular working out and having higher resilience. I am religious about taking it and will continue to do so!
