I ordered through silencer central because I thought it would be painless and they offer a military discount. You can find considerably cheaper prices with no military discount. The process was far from painless and slow. All delays were do to silencer central. I completed all of my steps within hours of being able to do so and returning the finger print card within hours of receiving. When my silencer was first to arrive UPS arrived hours outside their window. I was going out of the country so I called ups and I was told I could not pick it up and the shipper did not allow any changes. My father offered to drive a long distance to wait for delivery. Once again ups showed up several hours outside of the window they set. I called and spoke to Cynthia who was completely unhelpful and shifted blame like a private. Ultimately my father drove a long distance again and spent hours waiting again only to miss UPS, because again they arrived hours outside their four hour window. I spoke with Synthia again whose solution for the problems was to knock fifty dollars off the price of a banish 556 which silencer central sells for almost two hundred dollars more than at least 4 competitors. My father spent more than fifty dollars repeatedly driving to my home to get the delivery. I asked to speak to a real manager several times which Cynthia refused to do. She offered no solutions other than have it sent back to wait again. She did constantly try to deflect any blame. This company is a joke that only wants your money. Do yourself a favor and buy locally. The process is exremely simple. Your local gun store will help. Also, many stores are not only faster, but cheaper. If anyone at silencer central reads this my order number was SO-1016089 so you can verify my accuracy and hopefully correct all of your companies problems and lack of accountability. Also if you are going to overcharge at least provide exceptional service.

They have made the process seamless.
I have not received my suppressors yet but it's just a matter of government approval. There's no headache in the process but if you need help, they are there for you with advice and suggestions. Excellent company to work with. Everyone you interact with is knowledgeable and very polite.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Silencer Central. I already have one suppressor that I purchased a few years ago when the leftist lunatic Democrats were threatening to raise the price of the tax stamp to a couple of thousand dollars… I wanted to make sure I got in on the action before that happened… But I did that through my local gun shop. Now that the price of tax stamp is ZERO DOLLARS Thanks to the best President In my lifetime and his big beautiful bill… I decided to take advantage and increase my collection of cans. Silence Central made this process so completely painless I don’t even have to leave the house. They are extremely responsive and very helpful. They also have a barrel threading service… So one of my rifles that I bought back when I lived in the people’s Republic of New York is with them now being threaded to accept a suppressor. There is something extremely satisfying about flipping the bird to the Sfachim that used to run New York State… and was one of the reasons that I left… about having a rifle that I bought there… that was specifically designed so that you could not add a suppressor… being made suppressor capable. The folks at Silencer Central are outstanding… I would give them 10 stars if I could! I purchased two suppressors as well as that barrel threading service and I feel like there might be more in my future. Highly recommend!

Problem finaly resolved. They admitted there was a shipping issue. Boss stepped in and corrected it.
Spend your money at a local shop. Example... I ordered a silencer online and they shipped to my FFL dealer in Florida. My FFL dealer has the Silence Shop kiosk. Whole process from Ordering online, shipping to dealer and doing all appovals and finger prints on the digital kiosk toom 4 days.
I ordered from Silence Central on 2/24/26, They gave me a looks like bogus UPS number on 3/17/26. It is now 3/28/26. Nothing updated. Customer service is wortless as boobs on a boar hog. Keep saying it takes 2 bussiness days to ship from FFL dealer in your state to your door. My reply, well, its been 11 days. Terrible service. Complete joke of a company.
Dropped, but the ball is an understatement. SO-1004950 I got my tracking number on March 17. It’s march31st. All your customer services keep saying two days two days two days two days two days like robots. Also, if you cannot speak to the FFL dealer in Florida, which is my state that is a huge problem let me step in and do some consulting for you. Fix that fix the problem. They said they can’t contact the person who said they shipped it 12 days ago. As of right now, March 30 I talked to your people today. They said they would ship it today. No change of tracker again. I got a good idea on how to fix it. Somebody give me some valid information some actual information that’s true. That would be really cool. Give me my suppressor. Now I have to take a day off work because you send it signature required. The whole process is mind blowing F minus. I’m leaving a bad review everywhere I can and making sure nobody. I know ever buys a thing from you. It’s like a Ponzi scheme. Customer service is the worst. Your shipping is a complete nightmare. Nobody knows anything you ship a snail mail. The best part about it I said you know what just keep it. I just want my money back. How coincidental that your return policy is 30 days so I can’t return it or get my money back. I haven’t even received the item and I’m not a lot of return it yet. Better Business Bureau you got an F minus. I hope they look into you guys.
I leave only a 1 star because I can’t leave any negative stars!!! Worse customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Promise call backs and never call back. Their warranty office is a joke and full of condescending incompetent folks.
